This house is located in a quite gated community is very close to Disney parks, Walmart and many restaurants. There is a community pool and playground that was a hit with the children. Very comfortable four-bedroom house with plenty of room for our family vacation. Wifi was fast and reliable. Check in and out was easy and host communication is always fast. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in the villa. The villa had everything we needed and more . I would highly recommend staying in this villa, it is also very close to main complex for a change of scenery . The communication was excellent. Villa was clean very comfy beds and sofas, pool area was great with nice sun loungers and very peaceful.

Not a very positive experience as this time there are no basic essentials and I had to travel out late on first night to get some. Place was dim with few burned bilbs. Pots and pans cannot be used but fortunately management agent was responsive.

For clarity for future guests reading this review, our pre-arrival instructions explain that the home is "self-catering". As is pretty much standard for Orlando area vacation rentals, we provide a "starter package" of essentials (such as toilet tissue, kitchen paper towel, a small bar of soap at each sink, etc), intended to help guests get through the first night, after which guests are responsible for their own supplies. We appreciate you noting that our management team was responsive, and we addressed the concerns that were brought to our attention. We also take feedback regarding lighting and kitchen items seriously and use reviews like this to make improvements. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience.

We had a great vacation. The house was exactly as described. We did have a couple issues but the property management company got someone out to fix them right away and it did not disrupt our vacation.

A great property

We loved our stay here over Christmas. House was spacious and had everything we could need. Kids loved the pool and my parents loved that they could walk around the gated neighbourhood. Great location for Disney. Would definitely love to visit again.

Great place to stay!

Very happy with the stay here. The house is very open and every room has its own full bathroom. There was everything that we needed at the house and enjoyed being able to take the short walk to get to the clubhouse. The beds were much comfier than other VRBOs we've had in the same area. Highly recommend staying here.

I would stay here again!

Perfect size house for a family. Messaging with questions was answered very promptly. Close to amenities and Disney. I was expecting a wading pool but it was 6 foot on one end, so definitely swimmable.

Great resort, villa and location

The villa is in an excellent position, not too far from the parks and the resort pool and facilities, villa was very clean, comfy beds, pool area was clean. looking at previous reviews, yes it was lived in, but that doesn’t detract from your stay, we were a family of 7 and plenty of room for us all and a great base for all the parks. I would definitely book again. Excellent vacation rentals were brilliant responded to all questions straight away

Family and Friends trip

All over stay was good. House was plenty big for 4 adults and 4 kids. Main reason we stayed here was for the pool and waterpark. Both were big hits with the kids. Waterpark, clubhouse and park all are in walking distance. Could use a good deep cleaning, but was bug free and surface clean.

Amazing Stay

We didn’t really have an issue with much at this home. My only complaints if any is they could dust better and the hot tub didn’t get real hot. :) We would 100% Stay at this house again. Also the manager who handled us was Amazing!
