An diesem Ort verschwenden Sie morgens keine Reisezeit, um Ihr Ziel im Themenpark zu erreichen, und kehren schnell in eine friedliche Abgeschiedenheit zurück, wenn Ihre Parkbeine erschöpft sind! Die Einrichtung unseres Hauses, bestehend aus 2 Kingsize-Suiten, 2 Queensize-Suiten und 2 Zweibettzimmern, die alle mit TV ausgestattet sind, wurde mit größter Sorgfalt durchgeführt. Es gibt einen voll ausgestatteten Spielraum, einen fantastischen Open Floor-Theaterraum mit 42-Zoll-LED-Fernseher und Spezialbestuhlung sowie einen nach Norden ausgerichteten Pool mit Whirlpool. Kurz gesagt, es gibt etwas für alle Altersgruppen und Vorlieben, wenn Sie etwas Zeit zum Entspannen brauchen. Zu Ihrer Sicherheit ist die Villa mit einem Safe für Ihre Wertsachen ausgestattet.

Das Spielzimmer wird mit einem privaten Fahrzeug der Eigentümer geteilt.

Nice quiet oasis

We had a great stay. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house, but it was a perfect place to gather in the evenings. We enjoyed the pool. We would love to stay again when we come back!

Great Location

We recently stayed there for our Disney Vacation. Overall it was great place to stay. It had plenty of space for my entire family. The Host was very responsive and quick to correct any of our concerns. I do wish the pressure in the showers were better but overall it was a great stay! Would definately recommend.

Fantastic

We absolutely loved the property. We felt like it was home- the amenities made it easy to prepare meals and entertain everyone. The main level bedroom was a plus for my elderly grandmother who could not do the stairs. Completely recommend the property.

Fun trip to Florida For Cheer Competition

We had a great time! The location was great - easy and quick to get to all the Orlando central attractions. House was stocked well and the kids enjoyed the pool. Perfect size with appropriate bedding situations and we all had blast. Owner was easy to get a hold of and help when needed and I would definitely stay again! Great location - super spacious

Great spacious home at a convenient distance from tourist attractions. We loved the pool and Shawna was super quick with any messages. Home exactly as described. Tip: bring basics if you can for kitchen (like salt and pepper) or cooking spray since kitchen isn’t stocked.

House is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We spent a most of our time at the parks, but the house was a really nice location to come back to. We did spend an off day at the house, the pool and hot tub were especially relaxing after two full days at the parks. Overall an enjoyable experience

Cozy & comfortable

The house was great. Sunset over the lake and pool was a beautiful sight in the afternoon. About 20-25 minutes from the Disney parks. Lots of space to host everyone comfortably, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The shower heads could use a replacement, as they are a little wonky, but other than that, it was a great time. The host was helpful and communicative.

It was wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Orlando. The house was beautiful and very spacious. On the second day we had a problem with the internet and when I contacted Shawna, she was very kind and helpful. The problem was dealt with promptly and was fine for the rest of our stay.

Property very well situated, close to everything, house is very spacious, house amenities very good,kitchen stocked,on downside everything had to be bought down to salt pepper oils for cooking. Lots of beeping alarms kettle doors, fridge... The trash and recycling should not be the responsibility of renters many rules on the topic. Considering all of above would very much rent again.

Awesome stay, my mother and her brothers only see one another once a year. Everyone had a great time. If I were to change anything it would be the alarm you have to push every time the patio door. It should be optional, so families with small children can stay safe. If you don’t have small children it is extremely annoying.

Great stay!

The house was identical to the listing. Very comfortable for our family of 12. A few minor issues were addressed immediately. The host was very responsive. Very slow to Disney parks. Took anywhere from 15-20 minutes to get there. There was a small snake in the pool! Luckily,my husband has no fear and go rid of it. Highly recommend staying here.

Disney Trip

The property was just as reported. The space was great and accommodated our family very well. Was a short drive to Disney which is why we were in the area. I did have to email the owner the night before we left to request check in details. The downstairs surfaces were very dusty, We were told in instructions that parking on the street would get our car towed but then we received an email the next day that we could not park in the driveway and have a car over the sidewalk. Three cars did not fit at the property. Property instructions were given with lots of capitol letters and exclamation points which seemed more like orders than information and the Ring camera at the front door seemed to be on and watching when we were coming and going at times. There are two tub showers in bathrooms at the property, however the two shower stalls in the suite rooms were a tight fit and we are fairly small people. Kitchen had needed cookware and again lots of space in the house.

Spacious home

In Orlando area for dance competition and wanted lots of space for the week versus cramped condo or hotel. Enjoyed home layout, furnishings, appliances, and newness. Felt that cleaning could have been more thorough re bedspreads, trash bins and refreshing of basic supplies. Also felt that property manager communications could have been kinder — taken aback by all caps warnings about drugs, guests and parties. She was gracious with checkout. Also proximity to Orlando downtown is challenging due to constant traffic — better for parks. Overall, good/great experience.

An okay stay

I own rentals and have stayed in many rentals to put my review into perspective... I went back to review the property description and reviews and I was not sure I stayed at the same place. The positives: The space was great - Beds, bedrooms and number of baths. The location was convenient for the Disney parks. Shawna was very good about responding to questions/issues/problems. The negatives: Carpets were filthy throughout main floor. Newly purchased Jeep parked in the game room (aka garage) made the game room unusable because the room reeked of gasoline. Smoke alarm tripped multiple times - every time we used the stove/oven/toaster. Although I understand the need for pool safety and compliance with Florida law, the method owners chose to secure the pool is a HIGH pitched alarm that trips every time you enter from outside. Pretty much drove us crazy!

Excellent large and spacious villa in a quiet neighbourhood

Fantastic villa. Very nice and light decor. All to a very good standard. Very large and spacious which meant plenty of room for our families which consisted of 6 adults and 3 young children. Lots of choices of where to sit and eat although we mostly only ate breakfast there. Beds really comfortable in the very good sized bedrooms. Good size pool which our 3 grandkids (8,8,&4) all thoroughly enjoyed and sometimes they even went in there early in the morning for a quick swim/play before we left for the parks. Games room (garage) was also useful although we didn’t use it a lot. The owners car was in there but it wasn’t a hinderance and we did know of this beforehand. Also a nice view of the lake from outside by the pool. Yes the pool alarm was a bit of a nuisance (and loud) but it is what it is and the law and we soon got used to it. The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet and very clean everywhere and we barely heard anything or anyone in all the time we were there. Good location close to the 192 to get to the Disney parks in about 20 minutes (traffic permitting depending on the time you go to the parks). Good communication throughout with Shawna the owner and we would definitely stay here again if/when we return. +Recommend+
