Welcome to Lazy Lobster, a three-bedroom, three-bath stilt home that has two levels, with the lower level having its kitchen, bedroom, living area, and bathroom, making it perfect for a large family or group of friends to all be in the same location, yet each having their privacy. This recently renovated vacation getaway has a brand new pool and spa, completing a gorgeous backyard oasis, located in a quiet neighborhood at the northern end of Estero Island. less than a 2-minute walk to Estero Boulevard and 7 miles of white sugar sand beach accessed at Beach Access Point 33. There is a wide choice of restaurants and nightlife within walking or biking distance. Many water activities are available, such as parasailing, jet ski rentals, and fishing charters. Amenities include complimentary WiFi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, and a laundry room on the lower level.

On arrival, there is ample off-street parking and two covered parking spaces beneath the home. Entry to Lazy Lobster's upper level is via stairs and into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is beautiful wood tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has plenty of granite countertops with subway tile backsplash behind the range and oven, and cabinets stocked with all the necessary items to prepare full-course meals or just snacks and coffee. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a 5-burner glass top range with a convection oven, a countertop microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door. The granite-top island has cabinets and drawers on the kitchen side and two upholstered high-boy bar seats on the dining area side. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six. This flows into the living area which has a leather sleeper sofa with matching loveseat, accent tables and lamps, and two overstuffed chairs with a cocktail table in between. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Off both the living and dining areas are sliding glass doors providing access out to a covered and screened-in deck that is well-furnished, boasting a table seating six, ceiling fans, and other cozy seating areas, making it the perfect place to enjoy the ever-changing sunsets and your favorite beverage. The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, an end-of-bed bench, a 5-drawer chest, a desk with chair and mirror, and another chest with a flat-screen TV. There is a large walk-in closet, and there are sliding glass doors leading out to an open deck furnished with two chairs and a cocktail table. This deck has a gas grill and overlooks the tropically landscaped backyard below. The bathroom has a single-piece vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with a glass door and glass wall. The guest bedroom has two queen-size beds, a nightstand and lamp, and a 5-drawer chest with a flat-screen TV. ample closet space and sliding glass doors out to the previously described deck overlooking the backyard. The adjacent guest hall bathroom has a single-piece vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower.

Entry to Lazy Lobster Lower Level is from the carport into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is a combination of tile and wood tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has granite countertops and cabinets stocked with all the necessary items to prepare full-course meals. Appliances include a glass-top range with a convection oven, a mini dishwasher, an above-counter microwave oven, and a refrigerator/freezer. There is also a convenient Keurig coffee maker. The adjacent dining area has a buffet, lamp, and a table seating four. This flows into the living area which has a leather sleeper sofa, accent tables, lamps, and a coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a wicker chair with a cocktail table and a credenza with a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV above. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access out to a covered deck furnished with a table seating four, two other chairs, and a cocktail table, as well as lounge chairs and a cocktail table out in the backyard. The comfortable bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a corner chair, ample closet space, a 4-drawer chest, and a triple dresser with a lamp. There is also a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Off the kitchen is the bathroom with a single-piece vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower. Just outside the entrance to this unit off the carport area are two sets of chairs with cocktail tables, a gas grill, and a convenient outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after a day at the beach. Complete with a refreshing pool and relaxing spa where you can cool off and relax. Host delightful outdoor gatherings with the BBQ grill and make use of the comfortable lounges, tables, and chairs for al fresco dining and leisure.
