Key Lime Villa offers 2 floors of tropical decor and great, open and airy living space. The first floor up has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and a lovely porch outside with comfy seating.

The top floor has an open concept living, dining room and fantastic kitchen with top of the line stainless appliances and granite counters. A bedroom/den off of the living room offers additional sleeping , TV and media area for computer work or just relaxing.    Six TV's throughout the home .   A great screened lanai is adjacent to the living room where you can sit and enjoy a quiet moment.

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
