Location, Location, Location!

This luxury home is located in the heart of the island and directly across from Newton Beach. Newton Beach is a quieter beach, being in the middle of the island you will be able to access both ends of the island via a short trolley ride. The home is just two short blocks from the Trolley stop which is located in front of the Publix grocery store (the only one on the island). We even provide beach wagons for you to transport your groceries in. You can board the Trolley and go to the North End where you will find lots of action at Times Square with restaurants, nightlife, ice cream, boutique shopping, and the now-open Margaritaville whose restaurants and shops are open to the public. Or, catch the trolley to the South end of the island where it is a bit quieter, and hosts the Lovers Key State Park and beachfront restaurant Flippers. Snook Bight Marina is just a 6-minute walk, you can rent a boat for the day and see dolphins jumping, manatees lounging, and many more marine life favorites. A bird watcher delight!

Head up the stairs and onto the front balcony where there are the most magnificent ocean/gulf front views with a front row view of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see where the sights and sounds of the ocean can be taken in. As you enter the home there is an open-concept living room and dining area with an updated kitchen that has a beautiful tile backslash and stunning exotic granite countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary needs including a Margaritaville blender, Keurig, tea kettle, and coffee maker. The dining room table seats 6 and has additional chairs to pull out to seat 8 where you can enjoy a meal together or a family game night. If you are a party 10 make use of the adjacent breakfast bar. In the family room the coffee table opens up and inside you will find a variety of blankets to make you comfy and all the additional bedding you need for the pull-out queen sofa. The entertainment cabinet under the TV is loaded with adult and children's games to cultivate some quality time together and fill the room with laughter. There are also books to get lost in while retreating to the upstairs balcony for a comfy little hideaway. Through the kitchen to the left is the first-floor guest bedroom with a queen bed, a full closet, a brand-new TV, and a computer desk. Directly across from the first-floor guest bedroom is a full guest bathroom with exotic granite countertops and a bathtub/shower combo.

As you head upstairs to the second floor, you'll find the master bedroom to your right. It boasts a fully furnished gorgeous full-length balcony with French doors that you can enjoy the gulf views at any time of the day. As you enter you will be blown away by the sweeping views of the ocean. Morning at about 8:00 am you often can see the dolphins swimming past as you sip on your coffee tucked away while in your jammies, perhaps reading a book. Soon you will find families strolling down to enjoy the peace of morning. When afternoon comes you will be energized by the site of beach chairs and umbrellas and yes boats and wave runners. In the evening relax and be soothed by the sounds of the ocean sweeping your worries out to sea. Sunsets are in full glory. Whether enjoying a decaf or glass of wine to wind down you will most definitely breathe in the fresh air. Out front, you will find a newly added fire pit to keep these unforgettable nites going where you can still take in the sound of the waves. The bedroom itself is fully equipped with a king bed with soft and inviting linens to drift off in! The new TV stretches over two dressers, the master bedroom has a gorgeous full-length balcony with French doors where you can enjoy the gulf views from at any time of the day. The master bedroom also has two full closets and a full en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. At the top of the staircase, there is a full bathroom with a bathtub/ shower combo for the two guest rooms to share. To the left of the top of the staircase, there are two guest bedrooms both with queen beds. Both rooms include a full closet and new TVs. There is also a laundry room with both a washer and dryer. The house has paved parking for 2 larger cars or 4 compact cars. Please do not park on the shells.
