This multi-story home is a three-bedroom, three bath that is perfect for a whole family to come and enjoy! When you first get to the property, you will head up the stairs to the 2nd floor of the property. This will bring you to the main entrance of the home. Immediately to the left you will see the spacious open concept living room with glass pocket doors that open entirely to a huge screened in lanai, perfect for dining and relaxing!

The living room is complete with a queen sleeper sofa and full sleeper loveseat as well as cable TV and wireless internet.

When you head out to the balcony you will be greeted with an amazing view of the canal as well as a slight peak of the beach.
This completely screened in lanai is perfect for family meals, game nights, or just sitting back and enjoying the balmy south-west Florida breezes.
Back inside you will see the kitchen, which is completely stocked including a water filtration system, as well as a sliding glass door that leads to an outside entrance to the private laundry room to the left.
To the right of the front entrance the double doors open to find a bedroom with a queen bed - right next to a full bathroom, perfect for someone who wants easy access to the main floor.
Heading up the spiral staircase, you will find 2 more coastal themed bedrooms and 2 full baths. This includes the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. This beautiful, large open concept master is perfect for couples looking for the perfect place to stay. The covered 3rd floor lanai is connected to the master by pocket doors that completely open to let in the ocean air! There is a coffee maker in your master so you can enjoy a quiet morning with coffee on the peaceful lanai without going to the kitchen! The spacious soaker tub is perfect for winding down in a relaxing bath. There is also a HUGE walk-in closet allowing you to have plenty of room for all your belongings and make yourself at home. Relax in the evening in the king size bed while enjoying the view and the cable TV!
Outside the master you will find the third bedroom that is fully furnished with a queen bed and cable TV next door to its own full bathroom. If you head back downstairs to the front entrance, go outside and around back to the amazing private waterfront resort like pool/spa area! The fully covered lanai provides a shaded area to relax while there is plenty of seating area around the pool for sun lovers! The pool is heated to the perfect temperature for swimming and the hot tub is a fun place to kick back and relax! Also in the very large back patio area are comfortable lounge sets, umbrellas, chairs, tables, and a grill that make this the perfect place to enjoy family dining outdoors. A great place to watch for dolphins, birding or just watch the beautiful boats go by!

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.

Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions.
