Located on the beach side of Estero Blvd, just few minutes walk to the beach with sugar sand and breathtaking sunsets! Spend your days soaking up the sun on the beach, shelling or just lounging by the pool!

Our house is a side by side double.
Flip Flop Paradise is a left side of the duplex, it has master bedroom on the first floor, specious living room, fully equipped kitchen with large kitchen island, laundry room and an enclosed patio with wall to wall sliding glass door.
second floor offers two bedrooms and full bath as well as a loft with futon beth for extra room and open balcony with the view of golf.
Inground pool is shared by both sides of the house.

Our house is located about 20 min bike ride to the Town center which makes us far enough from loud night life and 2 min walk to the beach makes it perfect beach vacation spot!
Publix is just short few min drive away and is to be reopened at the end of May.
Town has many options for water fun such as boat rentals, dolphin watching tours, banana boat, jet ski rentals and more!

the beach trolley is great option to get around and new sidewalks and bike lanes make it easy for walking and biking.

Fort Myers Beach is a small island that sustained extensive damage by Hurricane Ian back in 2022.
It is cleaned up and on its way to recovery but you will see many empty lots and some construction.
