Welcome to Matapalo #605 at the Diria Resort! This luxurious property is located on the 6th floor, directly facing the ocean, offering you amazing views from almost everywhere or overlooking the 10,000-square-foot lagoon-style pool with a swim-up bar. Within the Diria Resort there are two different common areas, one for condo guests and the second one for hotel guests only. As a guest of the condo, you have access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool right in front of the condo only, where you can enjoy access to the Tamarindo beach through the Diria Resort property, including access to Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost subject to availability.



The rest of the hotel amenities such as towels, Tropicana pool, lounge chairs and gym are only available for hotel guests. We provide pool and beach towels and foldable chairs specifically for your use within the condo area. completely free of charge, ensuring that you have everything you need right in your condo. This property has been extensively renovated. The renovations are especially thought to offer you extra comfort in a modern space, with beautiful beach remembrance colors on the walls and on the details of the decoration.



From the moment you open the door, the amazing view will catch your eye thanks to the ceiling-to-floor glass sliding doors that lead to the luscious green of the surrounding forest and beautiful ocean. This condo displays an open concept in the kitchen, living, and dining areas, very inviting to fluent interaction. The kitchen has granite countertops, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and all the utensils, including dishes and silverware for 12 needed to cook at your ease with a very generous supply of cooking and baking pots and pans as well as a hand mixer.



There is a dining table for up to 6 people to enjoy your meals while overlooking the ocean. The living room features an L-shaped sofa that will embrace you comfortably, while you enjoy your favorite movie, don’t be surprised if you fall asleep, or it can be configured into a large bed for 2 guests. Picture yourself enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony table or enjoying the sunset with a deck of cards. There is half a bathroom in the living area for your convenience.



The master bedroom awaits you with a designer canopy king-size bed so comfortable you will feel like sleeping in the clouds. The bathroom is very spacious and has an ample walk-in shower. While the guest bedroom features two queen-size beds, and a private big bathroom as well. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



As a guest of this condo, you have access to the 10,000 SF free-form pool, the shops, and restaurants of the Diria Resort as well as access to the beach through the Resort. Famous Tamarindo beach is only 150 yards away and you are right in town, within walking distance of just about everything.



There is a large capacity washer and dryer. The condo is full A/C, including high-speed internet, and smart TVs with cable. There is free, secure parking is available We also include complimentary amenities such as rice, flour, pasta, salt, pepper, cooking oil and bath amenities like shampoo and soap. The property is fully stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more like inflatable aqua lounges.

Resort Access: To use the resort facilities, each guest aged 12 and older is required to wear a bracelet. A few days prior to arrival, the concierge team will request confirmation of the total number of guests, as well as the full name and a passport photo of each guest. This information allows the team to coordinate the bracelets in advance and have them ready in the condo on the day of arrival.

Tamarindo is a great surf town with over 50 restaurants, shops, super markets, banking and more within walking distance!



Getting Around:

You don't need a car at this location (unless you want to explore other area beaches of course)! There are plenty of inexpensive in town-taxis as well as bus and shuttle options.

Cancellation Policy



Down payment and processing fee is non-refundable. We are happy to extend a credit for future stays if you cancel at least 60 days before your arrival date. If you cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date and we are able to re-rent the property for your dates at the same rate to another group, we will be happy to refund you 100% minus a $100 cancellation fee. We recommend purchasing inexpensive travel insurance in case of last-minute cancellations. There are NO refunds for holiday weeks and early departures, late arrivals or no-shows. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are completely non-refundable.



Deposit Policy



50% down to reserve with balance due 30 days before arrival. We require a valid credit card on file for security deposit (in lieu of a cash deposit). We do not charge your credit card unless there is damage or missing items--we simply authorize it in the amount of $(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) depending on the property and keep it on file until your check out. The authorization is released at time of check out if the property is found in satisfactory condition.
