Komplett renovierte Wohnung in Tamarindo mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern mit allen neuen Möbeln, Gemeinschaftspool, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Kingsize- und Queensize-Betten, Klimaanlage, Kabel-TV und WLAN-Internetzugang. Die Schlafzimmer haben ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Queensize-Bett und ein zusätzliches Doppelhochbett für insgesamt 5 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer hat auch ein neues Schlafsofa. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit modernen Updates und hat alles zu kochen, sowie Geräte Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mixer, Mikrowelle usw.

Es gibt viel Stauraum in jedem Schlafzimmer in dieser Tamarindo Ferienwohnung. Das Balcones del Pacifico ist ein sehr ruhiger Komplex. Die Unterkünfte teilen sich einen schönen Gemeinschaftsbereich, einen großen Pool, Liegestühle und einen Rasenbereich. Diese Wohnung ist der perfekte Ort für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub, ideal für Paare und kleine Familien. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 1 Block vom Strand und der Innenstadt von Tamarindo entfernt, so dass Sie nie ein Fahrzeug benötigen würden. Einen halben Block weiter gibt es ein Lebensmittelgeschäft sowie einen Food Court, einen Park und einen Taxistand.
Der Hausverwalter kann Ihnen bei der Organisation von Transporten, Touren, Mietwagen usw. behilflich sein und spricht fließend Englisch und Spanisch.

Der Strand von Tamarindo ist der perfekte Ort, um Surfen, Kajakfahren, Paddeln und mehr zu lernen! Die Stadt ist ein Surf Meca und bekannt aus dem berühmten Endless Summer Surf Video. Sie können lernen, wie man an einem perfekten Strandurlaub in Tamarindo surft oder sich in die Nähe von Surfspots wagt. Die Stadt bietet auch eine Vielzahl von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Outdoor-Aktivitäten oder einfach zum Entspannen. Genießen!

Central location in downtown Tamarindo

Location was amazing. Less than 2 minute walk to beach and every style of cuisine you can imagine. Amazing sunsets. Local grocery was literally a minute walk away for beer, water and any essentials. Complex was well kept and the pool was always clean. The unit we stayed in was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Air Conditioning mini splits worked perfect and cooled the condo down quickly coming back from those hot beach afternoons surfing. Zero regrets and look forward to coming back again!

Another Excellent Trip

This was our second year staying in this unit: We love the location, pool area, the layout of the unit, and how clean everything is. The beds, linens, and pillows are very comfortable. The property manager, Jennifer, is a great resource, very helpful, and responsive. Highly recommend for your own Tama travels!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at Balcones de Pacifico Apt #1 and would highly recommend it. Our host made sure we had everything we needed, including cooking utensils, beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, etc. The beach chairs we used both at the pool and at the beach. The beds were comfortable and firm and the linens were hotel quality. We had wifi and a TV. The location was perfect with shopping and restaurants steps away and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach! The grounds were always well kept and the pool was always clean! The only negative I would say was the unit itself is located right beside the gate, so you would hear people and the gate as they were coming and going, but since there aren't a lot of people in the building it wasn't overwhelming and rarely late at night. We would definitely stay again!smaTV

Perfect location, so clean and comfortable!

From check in to check out, we loved our stay! We felt so safe with the check in/codes and communication. The gorgeous blue pool was SUCH a bonus! Walking distance to coffee, ALL restaurants in Tamarindo, night life, and the El Mercadito SO close! We also walked to the small market for essentials! The cleanliness was TOP NOTCH, the beds were comfortable, the a/c SO cool; the little things like coffee and filtered water meant so much! Thank you for our amazing vacation stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Great access to beach and town. Walked every where in Tamarindo. Staff at condo was very friendly and helpful, everyone we encountered was pleasant throughout out our stay. Only negative, if you have a vehicle, parking is limited.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed staying at your condo! It is very clean, beautifully renovated, very spacious, has everything that you need to enjoy your vacation! The condo is located close to all the restaurants and activities, we did not have to move our car at all. Very comfortable condo

We loved the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. Our only issue was that the pool was fairly dirty and there was limited places to sit around the pool. Unfortunately, other short-term renters would monopolize the chairs by putting their towels down first thing in the morning. I am sure this drove the residents crazy. Otherwise, great stay.

Great Location in Tamarindo!

We loved our condo at Balcones del Pacifico in Tamarindo. The beds are comfortable, the furnishings are updated and bathrooms are beautiful. We love being close to town and having a nice pool that has plenty of shade most of the day. No problems encountered here! This is our second stay at this complex but this condo is by far the most beautifully decorated. We will be back!

Loved our stay and will be back

This was our 2nd time staying at Balcones Pacifico and renting from Jennifer. Communication was easy and Jennifer efficiently helped with a small maintenance issue and our Covid tests as well. This ground unit was fantastic and convenient. It was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a surf family of four. Our boys loved the bunk beds. We love the complex and it is in a quiet cul-de-sac close to everything we needed. We will be back!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay . This location was perfect , block to the beach and town . The condo was located at the top of a hill that was perfectly off the beaten path but super close to everything which was extremely important with 2 teenagers . Never had to rent a car . Jennifer our host was very helpful in booking tours and answering any questions and responding to quickly to any concerns we had . The condo is extremely well appointed, modern and clean . We will definitely book again .. The pool was the perfect way to end the day !

Great little hidden gem

Lovely first level rental. What a perfect little spot here! We loved being able to walk everywhere. Peaceful, clean, well appointed. I hope to come back next year and stay longer. Not enough time to fit everything in! Pool is right there. Beach is an easy walk. Convenience store right around corner. Numerous terrific restaurants, bars and boutiques walking distance. Can't beat the value.

Wonderful stay in Tamarindo!

We really loved this location and would stay here again. It is minutes away (a 2-5 minute walk) from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and anything else you might need. We did not rent a car and we had no problems walking everywhere we wanted to go. During our stay we met several other residents of the condos and everyone was lovely, friendly, and helpful. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There are towels for pool use but not for the beach so if you plan to visit the beach make sure to bring towels or plan to buy some. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because the master bed is very creaky and it makes a lot of noise every time you move. My husband and I used earplugs and we were ok but I would not have slept without them. Overall, we recommend this property and hope to return in the future!
