Excellent location and amazing views! Kids enjoyed the beach access and the hot tub. Bunk room had plenty of space for teenage boys and the three private bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. House AC works like a charm and overall it was a wonderful experience! Host was very responsive as well.

Overall we had a wonderful experience at this location. The hot tub was not the best state when we arrived, however the host was quick to remedy the issue and had someone there within several hours of my call to clean it. It was all very clean and accessible to the beach. We would stay here again!

House was clean and very well stocked. Beds were super comfortable and AC was perfect. We loved the beach views and patio’s. Although we did not use the hot tub solely because we never had time it was hot and clean and ready for use. We will definitely book again!

Great place right on the beach!

We had a wonderful time here! Property was very clean and well equipped with beach gear. It was two steps from the beach, the perfect location. The rooms were exactly what we needed (6 adults, two kids and an infant). Definitely highly recommend this place!

Ocean views from every window were very nice. We only had to walk a couple of minutes to get to the beach which was a big plus. It was too hot to use hot tub but it looked clean and was working. The beds were super comfortable. We were able to watch fireworks from our balcony which was nice. The welcome basket was a sweet touch, they even left treats for our fur babies. The only negative which was noted in a previous review is the upstairs family room would not cool very well, so if you are hot natured you may find that room uncomfortable. My kids would like to come back so we will be booking this rental again.

Thank you for the 10 out of 10 and allowing us to host your 4th of July holiday and festivities by the beach! We're delighted you found things clean and comfortable, except for a bit warm at times. With heat rising, that top level is harder to keep as cool as the rest of the home, but we've found keeping interior doors open, windows treatments closed during the sunny part of the day, and using the fans helps. We will certainly see if there is anything else we can do to keep things cooler for our guests on our hot and humid coast. We do hope you plan that return trip!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had a wonderful long weekend with family and friends! The house is located very close to the beach and the hot tub was nice after a long day at the water. The home comfortably fit 5 adults and 6 kiddos. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Beach Bungalow

LOVE, LOVE, LOVED our stay here! This beautifully decorated beach house had everything we needed plus more! We met family here in Galveston and there was plenty of room for all 10 of us! We made so many memories and appreciate the owners allowing us to stay in their home. If you are thinking about booking……DO IT!!

Little Slice of Paradise

What a wonderful location to have hosted our girls' weekend. For 10 women all in their 30s, there was more than enough accommodations to ensure all of our comfort. Enough cannot be said about the location. It really was a slice of paradise!

Our 28th consecutive summer on the west end! The house was was very conducive for visiting and catching up. Only a short walk to the beach. Despite the high mainland temperatures, on the beach we were very comfortable with a great breeze.

Absolutely fantastic!

This house was amazing- everything about it! I can’t say enough & not having to do anything with the linens when we left was a huge bonus- plus they were top notch. So happy with this choice.

Perfect beach house

This house was the perfect place for three generations of our family to make memories. It is basically on the beach with wonderful views from the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. We spent every evening on the deck or in the hot tub listening to the ocean. Everything we needed for the beach was provided…chairs toys, ice chest, ect. The whole stay was easy and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

great property. only one king bed though and its located in the kids bunk room
