Luxury Pirates Beach House - Golf Cart Available

Welcome to Salt X Sand, a spacious island retreat designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable beachside memories.

The main living room is bright and airy, offering plenty of seating and a 75" Smart TV for movie nights or lazy afternoons. Upstairs, a bonus room with a granite bar, sink, mini fridge, ice machine, and filtered water sets the stage for pre-beach cocktails or family game nights, complete with a 65" Smart TV.

Occupancy Policy
For a comfortable stay and in accordance with our house rules, the home accommodates up to 8 adults (18+) maximum - up to 11 total guests when including children.

We aim to keep the home affordable for smaller groups. Therefore, there is an additional charge of $25 per night for each guest beyond 10 (regardless of age) and applies to the entire reservation. Please ensure your guest count is accurate when booking.

An additional fee of $50 per guest per night will be charged if the number of over-night guests exceeds the number on the reservation. Exceeding property max will result in eviction without a refund. Maximum combined guests and visitors during the day is 15 including children.

Golf Cart Upgrade
A six-passenger gas golf cart can be added to your stay for $70 per night (plus booking platform fee and hotel tax), with discounts for stays of four nights or longer. Due to insurance requirements, rentals must be booked for the full stay.

Parking
The driveway can accommodate five to six vehicles - no parking permitted on the street or grass. Carpooling is recommended.

Pet Policy
Fully house-trained adult dogs are allowed to a max of two and max 60lbs each - NO exceptions - $95 (plus booking platform fee and tax) non-refundable pet fee per dog per stay. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after (doggie bags provided) and are in a kennel if left alone inside the home. Only dogs are allowed - no other types of pets.

An additional fee of $100 per pet in addition to the standard pet fee will be charged and/or eviction without a refund for undisclosed pets.

Service Dogs - Texas House Bill 4164 penalties for falsely representing an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $1000 fine and 30 hours of community service.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This home features a luxurious king suite plus Smart TVs in every bedroom. On the main level (2nd floor), you’ll find a bedroom with a full-size bed and twin trundle, and another with a full-over-twin bunk bed and twin trundle. These rooms share an adjoining bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo.

The third floor is home to a king suite with a spa-like ensuite featuring double sinks and a walk-in shower. A queen bedroom with private deck access, ocean views, a 55" Smart TV, and its own bathroom completes the upstairs. A convenient half bath is located on the main level just off of the living room and kitchen.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home. The dining area seats nine comfortably, with additional spots at the breakfast bar for casual dining.

Outdoor Oasis
Step outside and enjoy multiple decks where you can lounge in the hammock, dine al fresco, or catch a show on the big screen in the ground-level lounge. After a day at the beach, rinse off in spacious the outdoor shower before winding down in the evening breeze.

Amenities
Guests enjoy high-speed 1G Fiber WiFi, a sophisticated indoor/outdoor speaker system, and a 220V EV charger.

Guest Access & House Rules
You’ll have full access to the home, excluding the housekeeping closet. Guests must be 25 or older to book, with government-issued ID and Airbnb/VRBO verification or a prior 5-star review.
