House was pretty and in a good location. Lots of plates and cups in the kitchen. I wasn’t expecting the golf simulator to be in the garage and the foosball table was very rusted. All the beds except the king had hard mattresses. The host wasn’t overly friendly in messages - it looks like the home is for sale so maybe that’s why. Overall, a decent stay, but probably would choose another home next time.

Galveston Beach house

Excellent. BR & baths accommodated 6 men with plenty of space & privacy. The only thing to make it better would be to move the house to the beach. However, beach access was convenient. Easy walk from house to beach. Casey was great at staying in touch & communicating throughout the process.

The house was a perfect home base for walking on the beach, shopping downtown, eating at local restaurants, and our three-team family scavenger hunt around town. The living area was a great place for our family fun auction and playing games. The fire pit was great in December. Loved every minute!

We purchased a new grill for Charles that was delivered next day. The previous guest had left it too dirty and we thought this would have been seen as a more positive gesture by him. Charles also never informed us of any issues with the coffee maker or TV remote during his stay. We could’ve helped. This review is disappointing since we thought we were bending over backwards to help address his needs and it was not appreciated.

Beautiful Beach House!!!! Must See Kitchen/Mstr Bath!!

Our stay at this beautiful beach house was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. The master bathroom and kitchen were absolutely stunning—truly the highlights of the house. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a fantastic convenience, making the stay even more comfortable for our group. The beach is within walking distance, which was a nice perk, though I would recommend driving over if you have any elderly guests, just for added ease. The house is also well-stocked with games and beach gear, perfect for both adults and kids. One small suggestion would be to add TVs to the two secondary bedrooms without one, as it would help keep the kids entertained without any squabbles. It might also be nice to have a bit more furniture on the balconies to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces. The owners were incredibly responsive and were on hand for any issues we may have had during our stay. We were truly pleased and highly recommend booking this beach house for your next getaway!

Great weekend getaway

The house was fantastic! As a new place, obviously everything is perfect, the kitchen is roomy for a couple of people to cook while others gather around the island on even in the connected living room. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom which makes getting ready for a fun beach day (located steps away from the backyard) or a night out in Galveston. The three up and two down make for a great way to get that separation that you might need on a long weekend. The house also has great “bonuses” with beach chairs, beach games (including volleyball), and skim boards. Forget your beach towel? Don’t worry, they’ve got it! The host was extremely responsive with any questions or concerns we had during the stay. We were looking for the hose to rinse used beach equipment off and couldn’t find it…a quick chat in the Vrbo app and instant response. Checkout was extremely simple, just clean up, place used dishes in the dishwasher and towels on the floors in bathrooms and you’re done. Overall, the entire weekend went off without a hit hitch and was an excellent house to call “home” even for a weekend.

The house was perfect for our weekend stay with a couple of other families. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed from utensils, crockpot, dish washer pods and trash bags! They even supplied coffee for us. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings while the kids hung out in the bunk rooms. The host is very responsive with any questions I had. We’ll definitely be back next year!
