This is the second time in a row that we rented this condo, we loved the condo and plan to try to get it next year. If there is a problem the owner is right on it. Overall it exceeded our expectations.

Love Maravilla...Condo not too bad

Best stay ever! Defending will stay here again

This was one of the best stays we ever had our first time visiting the area, my family and I loved it , the only thing was we found some other cleaning things like the coffee maker was dirty and down dirty towels under the bed but everything else was great!

So many activities that the kids and teens in our group all stayed busy and had a wonderful time! The condo is a short walk to the beach and right across the parking lot from the heated pool and hot tub! We had so much fun!

Such a lovely condo. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you need and more! The host was great and quickly resolved a few issues that came up. This condo easily slept 8 people with a king size super comfy bedroom downstairs and a 2 bedroom loft upstairs! I would highly recommend!!

Great Condo/Great Location

We loved this condo and love the Maravilla complex. Condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for my family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids), my mom and sister/brother in law. Plenty of space. So close to the beach, pools and so many restaurants! We plan to be back!

Wonderful stay at a wonderful place!

This condo is perfect for a large family or a family with teenagers who need their own space. We had plenty of room. The condo is clean and spacious. Everything looks just like the pictures online-no surprises! Our host was very helpful and accommodating, and very very responsive when I had a few questions. The location was great-just a short, pleasant walk to the beach or pool. Beach chairs and umbrella are included in the rental, which is a huge plus! Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us!

It was a bit smaller than we expected, but there were enough beds for the 7 of us, so it met our primary needs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat meals there. It was pretty close to the beach, just a short walk, and it was close to the pool and gym as well. There were plenty of towels for the beach & showering, and having a washer and dryer on site really helps with laundry needs. There are a few small things that need repair, but overall we had everything we needed and our stay was pleasant.

Nice Area but Unit not Clean

Upon arrival there was feces in the downstairs master bathroom toilet and hair in the twin bed in the loft. All towels had to be washed before using, due to the smell. The furniture was stained. All dishes had to be washed before using due to being unclean. We found roaches in the kitchen. Overall it was not a clean unit, but the area and pool area was very nice.

The condo was dirty, especially the kitchen utensils, floors, and showers. The beds were very uncomfortable. Multiple TVs were not in working order. The laundry appliances were inadequate. Upon arrival, I sent a list of my observations to the email address in my check in instructions and did not receive a reply. This property doesn't measure up to other VRBO listings I've seen in any way. It is wholly inadequate.

Girls Trip

If your looking for location then Maravilla is the spot. It is close to great shopping, restaurants, bike rental and the beach. I absolutely love staying in Maravilla and it is the first place I look at when I am booking my Destin Vacation. I believe they are one of the only places that accepts pets which is really nice if they need to tag along. The condo itself is a different story. Presentation is everything when it comes to a vacation stay at least to me. Even though you don’t tend to stay in the condo a whole lot, cleanliness needs to still be a priority and so should updating the items in the house. The couch needs replacing really bad along with the camper size washer and dryer. I would also update a couple of your televisions so that your guest can hook their Apple tv’s / Roku’s into them. If management would update those few things and make sure that the cleaners clean good then I would definitely stay in 4410 again.

Disappointment!

I hate to be this person so I have to start with something nice. We love Marivilla and have stayed there many times. And have never been so disappointed! The info on VRBO plainly says beach view. This is a lie...ask them for a pic from the patio!!!The couch mattress is too thin so we ended up with 5 people upstairs. There is mildew in the bathtubs and faucets. The are are dirty.The upstairs bathroom is way too small for 5 people, only one light bulb is working. Fan in upstairs bathroom is not working. The vent cover in the same bathroom is rusted. The upstairs layout isn't anyone's fault but nothing we will not do again. The open concept and jack-and-jill bathroom means no privacy. It echoes. Everyone can hear everyone...unless you are in the dungeon. My husband actually had to buy a shower curtain to have a little privacy in between the bathroom and bedroom. Third "bedroom/dungeon" was a joke for anyone not 5 years old! Adults had to sleep in this dark and very uncomfortable space. Because of its layout there was no furniture other than a tv cabinet and the only light was an overhead...no windows or even lamps which made charging devices a real pain!

After revisiting the property description, we noticed that it mentions "on-site beach access" provided via a short walk but does not mention a beach view. - The couch mattress is a standard couch mattress. We haven't had any complaints before but also acknowledge that guests do not regularly use it since the home has four beds. - We were unaware that only one lightbulb was working, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'll promptly replace the other bulbs to ensure a well-lit and comfortable environment. - We did see the shower curtain that was left and installed with a tension rod. - The upstairs bathroom is as photographed so our guests can determine before booking if it suits their preferences. - The layout of the top-floor condos follows a standard design consistent across all buildings. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we'll revisit our listing and descriptions to make any necessary improvements. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future.

Spring Break Condo @Miramar Beach, FL

Nice condo complex called Maravilla. The pool and hot tub were good not too crowded. No pets allowed at this particular unit but you could hear everyone else’s pets! Family friendly and no college party vibe. Short stroll across the lot to the beach. I wish our rental contact/owner would’ve included a map of the complex because it was hard to find the fitness center and I never found the sauna. When I found the fitness center it was just a small workout room, it WAS the sauna. I bet it was 80+ degrees in there. I couldn’t take it, thank goodness it was nice temps outside I ended just running on the sidewalk off the main roadway, very busy though don’t twist your ankle. The condo- sat down to do bathroom business and see that the white baseboards are filthy. Searching for your other shoe? Well, don’t look under the bedskirt…found condoms under the bed (at least they weren’t used) and someone’s leftover sock behind the dresser when looking for an outlet. There are 2 hairdryers under the bathroom sink but they don’t work. Bathrooms need Kleenex. Bathroom lights flicker off and on at times, odd. The TV up in the back loft area didn’t work, it turned on but no service. The kitchen could have used some supplies: a cutting board, spray Pam, foil, plastic wrap, sandwich bags, and most definitely Clorox wipes or spray cleaner. And the dish towels were all stained. Free WiFi/internet provided was very spotty. And the last 2 evenings we were there the TV cable service went out. Not sure what the heck was going on. Did someone not pay their bill?!

Hi Theresa, we're so glad you enjoyed the condo and amenities of the home and after going over your feedback, the homeowner wanted to address the items that you mentioned: - We strive to provide all the information necessary for our guests and if we missed adding the directions to the fitness center we are sorry this impacted your stay. We know how frustrating it can be when you cannot find your location, however, this had not been brought to our attention in the past by other travelers. -This is the first time a guest has provided this feedback however, we are sorry that cleanliness issues impacted your stay, and we will pass along your comments to the cleaning teams. We also provide a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies. If you had any questions regarding essentials we wish you would have let us know so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay. - Unfortunately, we did have internet and Wi-Fi interruptions, and according to the cable company, there was an outage in the area for a few days. We apologize for the inconvenience, this has since been fixed. -We are looking carefully into each item in your review so we can ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded.
