Willkommen in Beach Resort, Apartment 313, befindet sich in Miramar Beach. Diese Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung mit separatem Schlafraum und zwei Bädern befindet sich nur wenige Schritte entfernt von einem schönen Privatstrand und smaragdgrünen Wasser. Die Wohnung bequem Platz für vier bis sechs Personen und bietet einen Blick auf den Golf und einem schönen Pool mit einem Infinity-Rand und einem fließenden Wasserpilz. Die professionell eingerichteten Zimmer verfügen über ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, einem 36-Zoll-TV und einem DVD-Player, einen separaten Schlafraum mit maßgefertigten Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Flachbild-TV für jedes Bett, ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer und ein brandneues Top - Annehmlichkeiten wie 47 "1080p HD-TV, DVD-Player, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, Waschmaschine und Trockner und wunderschön eingerichtete Zimmer.

Das Beach Resort-Komplex bietet einen beheizten Pool, eine Seltenheit in Destin. Es ist auch eines der größten Pools in Destin, mit zwei miteinander verbundenen Bereichen für alle Altersgruppen. Es gibt auch einen separaten Whirlpool in einem wunderschön gestalteten Oase gelegen. Grills und verkehrsgünstig gelegen Toiletten befinden sich in der Nähe cabana Bereich. Große Restaurants wie Kapitän Dave, Pompano Joe und Kenny D's sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Anlage, mit vielen nahegelegenen Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten.

Deeded Zugang zum Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von 200-300 Meter östlich des Komplexes. Eine Verletzung Schirm und zwei Stühle Stühle sind in der Miete von März bis Oktober enthalten. Ein beliebter Ort für jeden, der Pool September beheizt 1 bis 23. Oktober Thanksgiving-Woche, Weihnachtswoche und vom 1. Januar bis 10. April.

Beach Resort befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage abseits der belebten Gegend von Strand, aber zugänglich wunderbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltung. Perfect Beach Spot

We loved our stay at Beach Resort. The pool was fantastic and the beach was never over crowded. We loved having the beach service included with our stay. The condo was in excellent condition and just as listed and pictured. Faye was wonderful with communication and an excellent host.

Excellent stay!

My family (2 adults and one 7 yr old) had a wonderful stay at Paul’s condo. The heated pool was great and the beach was a very short walk away. Paul provided very clear instructions for check in and was quick with communication. The condo had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. We will book again!

We love staying here. It has everything you need and is always neat and ready to start enjoying your vacation! Pool is amazing and the beach is just a short walk. Beach is great and was never crowded! We actually got to meet the owner, she was amazing! We will be staying here for many years!

Property Manager was absolutely wonderful to deal with! We had a couple of issues but she was awesome in dealing with them quickly & efficiently..The condo was lovely..Location was great. Decor of condo very nice! The pool was fabulous!! The only negative comment at all was basically the ceramic tile floors were really needing mopping..Our feet were black when going barefoot..i realize u are at the beach & there's much traffic in & out but i swept & vacuumed any mess we made b/c i have a very active grandson who tends to be a lil messy at times.. I'm sure that hot parking lot pavement debris absolutely clings to your shoes & is impossible to keep as clean as I prefer..Otherwise, great experience!!

Fabulous Area, fabulous Pool, Perfect Weather

We had an amazing trip. Communication with owner was great, the condo is in a wonderful spot for pool and beach. The condo has all the necessities. A couple minor complaints, the couches could be updated, they were not very clean and cushions were very flat. The TVs are not Smart TVs, so we were not able to connect any of our streaming services and watch the shows we like. It did have satellite tv though which was nice! Overall, a good place for the price.

Me and my kids had the best time. The weather wasn’t very cooperative but the property and all amenities were everything we needed. Will definitely be back and hopefully only using this condo! Faye and her husband was wonderful to talk to and so helpful. Look forward to our next trip!

Great Location and Amenities

This is a great place to stay with excellent pools and private beach access with chair/ umbrella service included. The only issue we had was that the sheets were dirty in the master bedroom. We contacted the owner and she was great about everything.

Great place to stay. Love the condo building

We really enjoyed our stay this year. We have stayed in the building multiple times, first time in this particular condo though. We love the area, pools are always clean and just a short walk to the beach. Faye was amazing as all the other reviews say. Highly recommended staying here. We will be back.

Great stay

This was our 3rd stay at Beach Resort, but our first in this condo. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Faye was very helpful and responded quickly to all of my questions. We had a wonderful stay here, and hope to stay again in the future!

Pool plus beach!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Beach Resort 313. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Faye and Paul were on top of any questions or problems we had. The kitchen is well supplied and there are some beach items available to use also. The best part is the pool and the beach service which we enjoyed everyday! Just a short walk (5 minutes) to the beach. Thank you for a great vacation!

Fabulous condo/beach setting

Faye has such a beautiful condo…she takes care of things almost immediately if there is a problem. Communicated all check in details to us prior to arrival. She even made a point to come to our unit and introduce herself … she is the sweetest person ever. Condo was exactly as specified in description and pictures. They rent a beach umbrella and chairs for you at the beach. I would hands down rent from them again.

Nice condo, good location, very communicative owner, awesome bed

The title says it all. The condo is spacious and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The bed in the bedroom is very tall but easily the most comfortable of any bed we have had while traveling. The complex pool is amazing and the beach access is a short walk down the beach. The umbrella and chair set was a nice plus and a deciding factor for us but we didnt like the way the umbrella sets were setup. The other umbrella sets at other complexes we have stayed in were in offset rows along the water but here they were in u shaped rows making some of the sets very far away from the water. Most of the close sets were "reserved" for unit owners meaning we were pretty far from the water most days. The owner Faye was awesome. She communicated very well and was accommodating and gracious. We wouldnt hesitate to stay in this unit or with Faye again.

It was perfect. Highly recommend

We have been coming to Beach Resort for 4 years now this is our 1st with this property and it was perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped. The refrigerator is smaller then other units we have rented in the past but it did have a ice machine that was nice (you can buy a 7# bag for 5.00 at condo next to us) I have also had access to the food pantry in other condo and did not have it in this one. Again not a deal braker but the food sat on counter top all week. The beds where all very nice and comfortable to sleep in. You can the owners take pride in this home and they want you to feel at home. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Great Condo

Another great stay at the Beach Resort and this unit was perfect. Very clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Location is perfect, easy walk to the beach. The pool and outdoor space is perfect for families and the main reason we keep coming back to this resort.

We have been enjoying Ft. Walton and Destin since we were teenagers in South Alabama. The white sand, emerald waters, and sound of the waves are incredible. After graduating from college and later living in the Northeast, we returned to Alabama knowing we would one day own property in Destin. We bought our first condo at Beach Resort several years ago and have now added a second one. We love the small complex of 64 units, the tropical landscaping, beautiful gulf waters and white sand, and the privacy from the crowds and high risers.
