This lovely condo has a new washer and dryer which are located in a separate laundry room. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances. Quality furnishings can be found throughout, including a pull out sofa in the living room and a Pack N Play for the little ones. Large televisions in living room and both bedrooms Ciboney is located right in the heart of Miramar Beach within close proximity to many great dining and shopping options. Great Area / Beautiful Beach

The perfect combination of affordable in a great location with beach access right across the street. We had great views of the sunset from our 4th story balcony. The floorplan was well laid out and they did a great job of providing everything we needed.

The location and everything was good. The only down fall was the access for this property to the beach was it only had steps. You could walk a little further down to the beach entrance but with little kids it was too much. We had a pull cart for the kids things etc and it was very difficult getting up and down these steps with that to be able to go to the beach.

Good Beach Stay

This property is in walking distance of the white powder sand of Miramar Beach, and very well managed. The unit was clean, with a seamless check in process. The management company was very professional and notified us the elevator would not be in service a few days during our stay, but besides that exception this was an overall good place and my wife and I would recommend this to future guests.

Girls Trip

It was rainy :/ BUT the condo at Ciboney was the perfect retreat to enjoy friends with laughter, drinks, food and a relaxing place to read! We loved the balcony seating and the living room was a great gathering place. Pizza dinner and phase 10 were enjoyed at the comfortable dining table! We can’t wait to come back!

Great Week!

The condo was perfect for a week at the beach with our family of 4! It is well stocked with everything you need, beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. This is a great location and the private beach was great. The beach access is stairs only so keep that in mind if you plan on bringing a wagon or anything on wheels. Some areas do not allow tents on the beach but we were able to set ours up with no problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Disappointed in lack of response from beach service.

We tried to find out how to rent the beach chair service. We called 4 times in the week prior to our arrival date. The number given never responded to our voice messages. When we went to rent 2 sets (600.00) we were told it would have to be cash. We were not prepared with 600.00 in cash. Luckily our other family members had enough cash to rent them. We were very disappointed with this.
