Sea Gem (oder Emerald Waters 101, wie wir es nennen) ist eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern am Old Hwy 98 in Miramar Beach, FL. Diese hübsche, strandnahe Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert und verfügt über Fliesenböden, geräumige Granitoberflächen mit Frühstückstheke sowie eine große Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Mit einem King-Size-Bett im Master-Zimmer, einem Twin-Size-Bett über dem Etagenbett mit einem zusätzlichen Twin-Rollbett im ersten Zimmer und einem King-Size-Bett im zweiten Zimmer können Sie bequem bis zu 8 Gäste beherbergen. Sie und Ihre Gäste haben 3 private Badezimmer zur Mitbenutzung, jedes mit einem eigenen Waschtisch und einer Dusch- / Badewannen-Kombination. Diese Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und der Zugang zum Strand ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. The condo was absolutely fabulous! It is spotless and has excellent amenities! It is decorated beautifully and is so close to everything, including the white sand private beach! Annual Family Trip

This is the easiest stay in Destin! The location is amazing. Right in the center of everything. The rooms were big as well as the bathrooms. Perfect for our family. The kitchen helped for quick lunches and two nights of dinner. Walking distance to Pompano Joe's, Alvin's is right across the street, beach access is at the corner, and the pool is right there. It could not get any easier. Can't wait to come back!

Loved it!!!!

The condo is beautifully decorated. I have small children and I was skeptical about the unit being across from the beach but the walk to the beach took no time. Ms. Janet was very accommodating and the kids love the welcome treats. We cooked alot and the condo was fully equipped. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kids love the bunk beds. Look forward to stay again in the future.

Great first floor corner unit. Spacious and wel equipped. Nice decor. Great location. Easy beach access. Caution to those who have trouble with stairs - beach may be out of the question for you. All nearby beach access requires a flight + of stairs. So nice they provided beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Would recommend .

Hi Trina, Thank you for the lovely review on your stay. All of our units are fully stocked and prepared for any essentials a guest could need. The majority of Destin's private beaches have stairs to get to the beach because of the protective sand dunes behind the properties. Yes, every unit is stocked with two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cooler. There is also beach service down at our beaches. We hope to see you again!

Recommending already this place to everyone here at work and a lot of my friends. Loved that we were across the street from the beach. And yes it’s a private area.

Property management company was excellent, condo was spotless and beautiful, and although there is no beach view, the patio area was nice and relaxing. Beach access was a few steps away and being right next to Alvin’s was a plus. I definitely recommend Emerald Waters 101!

While there is no beach view, the location of Emerald Waters 0101 definitely makes it a top notch getaway! And ground floor level and the super close beach access make it easy to get all your equipment to and from the beach! We appreciate your great review! We hope you visit us again very soon!

Water damage in one of the bedrooms next to the shower/behind toilet, master bed a bit uncomfortable, sofa and loveseat aged.We never could get the living room TV to work.

Beautiful and Clean

Janet's condo is so beautiful and in a great location. Just cross the street and you are at beach access. There's a nice beach shop right next store to grab souvenirs or any beach gear you may need. The condo is amazing. It's all updated and all the furnishings are top notch. Beds are comfortable, plenty of beach and bath towels. We also had a nice welcome package with snacks and drinks and a bottle of wine. It was so nice to see that after flying all day. I would highly recommend renting this condo. Trust me you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Janet 😊
