Sea Gem (oder Emerald Waters 101, wie wir es nennen) ist eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern am Old Hwy 98 in Miramar Beach, FL. Diese hübsche, strandnahe Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert und verfügt über Fliesenböden, geräumige Granitoberflächen mit Frühstückstheke sowie eine große Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Mit einem King-Size-Bett im Master-Zimmer, einem Twin-Size-Bett über dem Etagenbett mit einem zusätzlichen Twin-Rollbett im ersten Zimmer und einem King-Size-Bett im zweiten Zimmer können Sie bequem bis zu 8 Gäste beherbergen. We didn't feel crowded with 2 adults and 6 kids. You just have to cross an intersection with stop signs to the beach. The owners were responsive.

Beautiful and Clean

Janet's condo is so beautiful and in a great location. Just cross the street and you are at beach access. There's a nice beach shop right next store to grab souvenirs or any beach gear you may need. The condo is amazing. It's all updated and all the furnishings are top notch. Beds are comfortable, plenty of beach and bath towels. We also had a nice welcome package with snacks and drinks and a bottle of wine. It was so nice to see that after flying all day. I would highly recommend renting this condo. Trust me you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Janet 😊

Awesome condo, pool, hot tub, and close to the beach

Loved being on the first floor. Easy access to the pool and hot tub that were nicely heated. The beach access door was right across the street. There's also a beach chair/umbrella rental on the beach that's convenient. They also rent kayaks and paddle boards and sell snow cones. The 3 bedroom units like this are much bigger and have a larger patio than the other units. Great new hard surface flooring. They did a great job furnishing the place as well. Lots of sand toys, beach chairs, and a couple body boards in the condo for use. We'd highly recommend this condo for vacation.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location!

Emerald Waters #101 was beyond our high expectations! The condo is beautifully decorated, has a great layout, and is in a prime location. We traveled with 8: 4 adults and 4 kids...there was room for all of us! The condo is a bottom floor corner unit. The pool is right outside the back patio, and the beach is across the street. Some "extras" we appreciated were a well-stocked kitchen, extra beach towels and chairs, and extra laundry detergent, The kids especially loved the snacks and drinks left for us as a welcoming gift. Janet is easy to work with and has done a wonderful job a creating a top-notch vacation home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this condo. It was super close to the beach! We were provided with all necessary items a condo usually provides. The kids loved the bunk beds room. The decor is super cute! We loved having a bathroom for each room so no need to share. There’s lots of yummy restaurants walking distance which is a huge plus bc traffic is insane!! The only thing I’d suggest they do is figure out how to make the back door a little easier to slide open, it was super heavy and hard to open and close. The property management was always responsive, our parking passes weren’t inside the condo but they got our info and made sure we didn’t get towed. The next morning we had our passes.

June 2022 Stay

Very disappointed in this unit. Upon arrival floors were filthy. Sand throughout and even sand in beds in bunk room. Rugs were filthy as well, leaving kids feet black after walking on them. Unit itself was well decorated and it was great to have three bathrooms. However, pantry was locked, not available for use so not much storage for food etc. Sliding door almost impossible to open and close. Road noise at night is terrible in this unit. Much needed of upkeep and maintenance. Pool was nice but hot tub not working. (Didn’t work last time we stayed in complex. ) Love this complex and have stayed here before, but will not rent this unit again.

The pool/hot tub was nice and plenty of room. The property management staff was helpful and were accommodating to all our request in a very timely manner. The only downside for us was the beach access across the street. The access is super close and convenient but there were a lot of stairs to get to the beach. Also this portion of the beach does not allow canopy shades or tents. This didn't work for us so, just a heads up if you like having a big shad tent. The public access is a nice walk or short drive (we did both on different occasions with parking a car with beach stuff in it and walking pack to condo)Again great condo, great time, would recommend!

Annual Family Trip

This is the easiest stay in Destin! The location is amazing. Right in the center of everything. The rooms were big as well as the bathrooms. Perfect for our family. The kitchen helped for quick lunches and two nights of dinner. Walking distance to Pompano Joe's, Alvin's is right across the street, beach access is at the corner, and the pool is right there. It could not get any easier. Can't wait to come back!

Way more than I could have imagined.

Emerald Waters condo is my favorite place to stay when when are in Miramar Beach area! This is my 4th time. The beach is right across the street. Alvin's Island is next door. It is quiet but close to everything. However, we have gone from 2 to 7. Those accommodations were easy for this condo. The decor was lovely, the arrangements of everything were lovely. Everything was clean. There were plenty of towels. We had a great experience here. Will def be coming back!
