Willkommen im Paradies! Im schönen Maravilla Resort gelegen, ist die Einheit 4312 eine 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 1/2 Bad Wohnung, die bis zu 6 Gäste unterbringen kann. Genießen Sie ein King-Size-Bett im Schlafzimmer zusammen mit einem Etagenbett und eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich für zusätzliche Unterkünfte. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem 55 "High-Definition-Smart-TV ausgestattet, während das Schlafzimmer einen 36" HDTV hat. Die Küche ist mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattet, die Sie während des Urlaubs benötigen und die Wohnung hat auch eine stapelbare Waschmaschine und Trockner für zusätzlichen Komfort. Wir wissen auch, dass Ihre Haustiere Teil Ihrer Familie sind, und wir möchten ihnen auch unser Zuhause erweitern. Wir begrüßen Hunde!

Der Privatstrand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt! 300 Meter um genau zu sein!

Bei jeder Reservierung während der Saison (15. März - 30. Oktober) bieten wir einen kostenlosen Strandservice mit zwei Stühlen und Sonnenschirm. Es gibt zwei Pools und einen Whirlpool im Resort ......... man ist am Strand und man ist nur ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Maravilla bietet auch Tennisplätze, Basketballtore, einen Shuffleboard-Platz und einen kleinen Fitnessbereich. Es gibt einen Wander- / Lauf- / Radweg entlang der Scenic Gulf Dr, der besonders in den Morgenstunden viele anzieht. Maravilla liegt günstig in einer erstklassigen Gegend für alle Aktivitäten in Destin und Umgebung! Es gibt Restaurants und Bars in Gehweite. Einkaufen, Golf und vieles mehr sind gleich um die Ecke!

Anstelle einer Kaution, $ 59. Jede Reservierung für die Schadensversicherung wird um eine Gebühr von 00,00 erhöht. Diese Richtlinie deckt den Gast bis zu 1500 US-Dollar ab. Die Gebühr erscheint auf der Bezahlseite als Verwaltungsgebühr.

We had a great week staying here. The beach is beautiful. The condo was lovely. Plenty of towels, and everything you'd need for a great stay. The beach chairs and umbrellas were an awesome bonus. No lugging around that stuff. Just grab your towel, sunblock and a great book, a 5 min walk to the beach. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Beautiful condo

Our stay at Maravilla was wonderful. The location was great and we got 2 sets of chairs and umbrellas. The walk to the beach was short and convenient and we enjoyed the property. There is a lot of stuff to do and 2 pools. It’s also relatively close to Harbor Village and very close to the Destin commons. We don’t have any complaints!!!

Perfect Getaway Spot

We enjoyed our stay here — the place was clean, well taken care of, quiet, and comfortable! While our trip was during property renovations and a quieter time in Destin, it was still very enjoyable. Katherine (the host) was extremely responsive and helpful, which was nice, and made sure we had all the codes we needed well in advance. It’s perfect for a small family as it’s more of a shotgun style, but we’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

Relaxing stay at Miramar Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay! Comfortable lodgings that accommodated our dog child for our week long stay! Great on site amenities including two pools, hot tub, gym, private beach access, chair and umbrella service on the beach (only available certain months). Safe and friendly neighborhood, walkable to some restaurants and public beach access/parking. Good communication with owner and was able to arrange an early check in. Overall I highly recommend!

Great location, perfect for pets

This condo was great! Well stocked, very comfortable beds, new appliances. Easy for pets, close to the pool, basketball, fitness center, pet area. Beach was gorgeous and chair service for four included was a very nice touch. Minutes from restaurants, shopping, etc. We normally stay in Seaside but this is our new favorite spot. Super dog friendly!

The condo was very clean and welcoming. I'd say the property is at a central location to the beach and restaurants! They allow pets which made our renting even better! You cant go wrong staying in this condo! It was a breeze getting our luggage up/down to the 3rd floor because of the elevator! Our stay was amazing, there were ample instructions and amenities. The location was great. Katherine and Sandy, our hosts, were a great help. The AC blew a capacitor and the room got to 82 degrees, they contacted the HVAC repairman and had it repaired in only a few hours. The pools were both outstanding, and the gym was a nice bonus feature. All the best restaurants weren't more than 15 minutes driving distance and there were great options less than 10 minutes away.

Short walk to beach makes this a perfect place.

Beds are super comfortable. AC works well. Low water pressure in shower, however. We noticed sand on bedding when we were unpacking. Beware of the washer and dryer as it left black marks on several of our tshirts. Besides the minor things, this place is a great place to stay and we would book this again. We like that Miramar Beach seems to be less congested than other areas of Destin.

We enjoyed our stay at Maravilla 4312!

Unit was clean and perfect for taking our dogs with us! They enjoyed sitting on the patio with the sunshine and cool autumn breeze. Just a short walk to the beach; nice that beach chairs are included in the rental. Only complaint would be construction in the condo above us which the owner has no control. The noise started pretty early every morning and lasted all day. Good reason to enjoy the beautiful vitamin sea!! Great value and nice accommodations!! Thanks so much for letting us refresh and revive!!

Great Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at 778844! The condo was immaculate on our arrival and all the appliances worked wonderfully (aside from the half bath toilet that had a tendency to run after flushing -- nothing that a little jiggle of the handle didn't fix). The space was more than enough room for the two of us and our 60lb pup. The walk to the beach took less than 3 minutes and was no hassle whatsoever; it was actually much closer than we anticipated. We also were within walking distance to Pompano Joe's and an Alvin's Island. The complimentary beach service was everything! It was such a treat not to have that added expense! We would absolutely recommend this rental to our family and friends. I'm sure we will be back. Thank you for an unforgettable anniversary trip Maravilla!

Not Quite the Relaxing Escape I Hoped For

Booked this condo for a spring break escape with my adult daughter and our Yorkie—mama needed a break from the entrepreneur chaos. Location? Perfect. Walkable, beachy, pet-friendly. Inside? GORGEOUS, just like the pics! That balcony was my therapist. Aesthetic: 10/10.But the moment we pulled up, I knew there’d be plot twists. No exterior photos in the listing? Now I see why. The building looked like a motel that got evicted, found Pinterest, and rebranded. Gave “we used to charge by the hour” vibes.Inside, the noise was next level. Upstairs neighbors hosted a concert, daycare, and stomp team all at once. Thin walls, loud everything. Meanwhile, the downstairs kids were throwing full-on screaming tantrums—sounded like they were trying to wake the dead and their parents. I reached out to the host—she was very kind, mentioned quiet hours and security—but I wasn’t about to spend my trip as hall monitor.Then came the cleanliness. Extra blankets were covered in hair—both human and canine. My socks turned black from the floor. And the finale? An Oxycodone pill by the living room trashcan. If my dog or someone’s baby had found that first? The story would’ve ended very differently.We made the best of it, but this unit is a pretty face in the wrong location. Beautiful? Yes. Quiet? Absolutely not. Lesson learned: next time, I’m booking a private home where the loudest thing is me popping a wine cork in peace.

Shari, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. I’d like to clarify a few points you raised in your review. The listing does in fact include exterior photos of the building to help guests understand what to expect before booking. We are about to post even newer images of the outside of the buildings since the association just finished a renovation project of the walkways and balconies and a fresh new coat of paint throughout the resort that you saw when you were here. While I understand that everyone’s taste differs, I respectfully disagree with the characterization of the building. Many guests appreciate the recent improvements and the effort the community has put into maintaining a welcoming environment. I do want to mention that when you brought up concerns about the noise and blankets, I responded promptly offering solutions to help make you more comfortable. I’m sorry those offers were not accepted, as my goal is to always address issues as quickly as possible. There is always a possibility that you are going to hear your neighbors from time to time while staying in a condominium so you are right that staying in a house might be better for you on your next vacation. Regarding the pill found on the floor, I am surprised you did not mention this when we spoke. Cleanliness and safety is something I take very seriously. When I inspected the condo prior to your arrival I did not notic

Family weekend

We had a great time. The property was clean and it is close to everything. No issues what so ever. Will definitely be looking forward to staying here again.

Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed everything about Miramar! The Condo was amazing just enough space. I loved how the kitchen had more than enough dishes, pots and pans. Everything a family needed to cook for the week. The location was just a short walk to the beach, pool was right in front of the condo door, The dumpsters were close, and so was the designated pet area. The beds were very comfortable, even the sleeper sofa. The beach chairs and umbrellas being set up made it so much easier to get comfortable on the beach quickly. Even the boys setting who took u to your seats was so polite and helpful. This was our favorite vacation place, and we will be back next week to this same condo! Being able to bring our furry baby was great.
