If you're looking for the ultimate location to experience Hilton Head Island, you've found it. Just a 10-minute walk from the stunning beach, and within easy reach of fantastic restaurants, shopping, and over 12 world-class golf courses, this villa offers unparalleled convenience and comfort.

Situated in a peaceful end unit, you'll enjoy privacy with no neighbors above or to one side. The thoughtfully designed floor plan features two master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, each with its own private bathroom. An additional half-bath is located on the main level. For extra guests, the loft area includes an oversized chair that converts into a twin bed, and the family room has a full-size sleeper sofa. The loft overlooks the airy living area, which boasts 20-foot ceilings and two large skylights that flood the space with natural light.

The villa is equipped with three large flat-screen TVs (including a smart 55" TV in the family room), cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully stocked to make meal preparation easy, and a full-size washer and dryer add to the convenience.

This property is dog-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 50lbs or less. The pet fee is $125.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 pending no damage to the villa.

Located off South Forest Beach, Ocean Breeze is perfectly positioned for exploring Coligny Plaza, known for its excellent dining, shopping, and live music. Enjoy the lively atmosphere at the Tiki Hut, located at Coligny Beach, or venture to nearby Sea Pines for a visit to Harbor Town, the iconic lighthouse, and the renowned Salty Dog Café. Tennis enthusiasts will appreciate the courts right outside your back door.

For easy beach access, follow the paved bike path from the southwest corner of the Treetops complex. This will lead you directly to Alder Lane beach access, just a short road crossing away. The entrance features public restrooms, showers, and the Loggerhead Restaurant and Bar for your convenience.
