Experience the best of Hilton Head Island in this beautifully located first-floor villa, just a short stroll from the beach, Coligny Plaza, and the family-friendly Celebration Park. Conveniently situated just steps from the pool, this villa offers both comfort and accessibility for your vacation.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an inviting open living space. The dining area features a table for four, with additional bench seating for two or three, perfect for family meals. Adjacent to the dining area, the cozy living room boasts a new sectional sofa (April 2024) and a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to a private patio with outdoor seating for four and a gas grill, where you can relax while enjoying views of Hilton Head's lush natural surroundings.

The galley-style kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, and an alcove just off the kitchen houses a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bath with a spacious shower/tub combination. Down the hallway, you'll find a guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed.

Explore the island with ease using the 64 miles of scenic bike trails that traverse Hilton Head. Various shuttle buses and golf cart services, with stops right outside Island House, provide convenient access to Coligny Plaza and other attractions. Don’t miss the charming Harbor Town, known for its historic lighthouse and summer music events under centuries-old oak trees. Historic Savannah, Georgia, is just a 45-minute drive away, offering a scenic journey via Highway 17.

This property is dog-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 30lbs or less. The pet fee is $125.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 pending no damage to the villa.

Parking: Please note, Island House allows a maximum of 2 cars per unit, as per the HOA guidelines.
