As you walk in the front door, you're greeted with an open floor plan with a completely updated, open kitchen. The oversized granite top island serves as a bar area with seating for 5, with seating for 4 at the breakfast table as well. The kitchen has stainless appliances and custom cabinetry.

The living room is outfitted with a comfortable sofa and a twin sleeper chair, as well as a flat screen TV, a desk area and access to the private patio. A half bath is located just off the living area for added convenience.

Up the stairs you'll find a master suite with a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathrooms with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a full bed, as well as a flat screen TV. This room also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Vehicle Policy: Ocean Breeze allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults.

Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 75 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.

The Ocean Breeze complex on Hilton Head Island is pet-friendly, has three swimming pools that are open from April through October, with one in this villa's back yard, free on-site tennis and is only a short walk to the beach. Both Coligny Circle and Alders Lane beach access points offer restrooms, showers, and a lifeguard station during peak season and are less than a 10-minute walk from the villa. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
