Fantastic location right on Folly Beach and im short walking distance to the pier, and resturants. We enjoyed swimming in the ocean and then hoping in the pool. The unit itself has breathtaking views of the beach from the living room and the primary suite. We would stay here again.

The condo could definitely use an update/refresh, especially in the master bath. The tub takes up a LOT of room, making it difficult for 2 people to maneuver around each other. Also, my socks got VERY dirty walking around the place! It looks like housekeeping doesn't clean the tile floors very often. And it wasn't just sand, it was dirty brown (thankfully, I didn't walk around barefoot!). The kitchen supplies far exceeded our expectations, except for the fact that there was no pitcher to make group-sized drinks in.

Communication was great from check in to the check out procedures. The balcony view could not be beat and we loved the taller chairs on the balcony so we could see over the railing. Very clean, beds were comfortable would stay again.

We have stayed in the same complex before, so we knew we would love it! Great location for walking to local restaurants and access to ocean! Only a few things that we encountered--both front bathrooms had clogged drains. If you took a shower in them, you were standing in water by the end. -kitchen silverware needs extra spoons-there was no plastic ware for kiddos, only glass, we ended up buying cups to keep from breaking anything.-the front two rooms are hot. There was a fan in a closet but we bought an extra fan for the other room Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Folly is close to home and we like the convenience of these condos. We are planning for next year!

overall our stay was good. Condo was clean and ready ahead of time. For a family friendly condo however, there needs to be family friendly dishes (plates, forks, cups). The mattresses in the back two bedrooms have outlived their comfort. Apart from all the "fees" the price was OK.
