This original Folly home circa 1927 has breath -taking front beach views with a porch designed to spend all your time relaxing. My little Cottage is perfect for a relaxed, laid-back stay with a total coastal feel. You can enjoy surfing, biking, swimming, great dining and beautiful walks on the beach. After a day on the beach you can step into the private outdoor shower. You won’t have to go far to hear the ocean at night. This home is offered only a few months each year . I’m inviting you to come stay !

Second time staying here. Awesome Location with beach access just steps away. Morning coffee and afternoon beverages and snacks on the porch was delightful. House had everything we needed and was spotless. Beds were very comfy. Highly recommend.

This home is just as gorgeous in-person as it looked in the photos and was exactly what we were looking for in a quick getaway. The inside is extremely clean and updated. It’s stocked with nearly anything you need during your stay. Though if you’re local, you’ll want to bring your own beach chairs. We enjoyed the quiet area while also being a beach walk away from the pier and downtown area. Really glad we chose this cottage for our stay after considering so many others.

There is no better beach front home on the SC coast for a better deal than this absolutely delightful property. Huge porch, with ample seating and million dollar views of the ocean and the sunset. Who could ask for me. We especially loved having dinner on the back deck each night.

The home was absolutely gorgeous, it was better than the pictures. It really does have a million dollar view. I loved the beachy nautical decor. It was very comfortable and quiet. The small town of Folly Beach is charming, very tiny, no parking in town but we ordered take out from The Crab Shack and it was delicious. Everybody was very friendly. It is a really nice place and I would definitely recommend going. We have a good time. Thank you Ms. Henry, you have a lovely home.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay! Stocked with everything you could ever need, and you just have to walk down the stairs of the deck and cross over the dunes and you are on the sand. What an absolute gem! We had a family vacation here and it was wonderful. From the awesome huge deck to the beautifully decorated and comfortable beach house it was great. The view is awesome and with the water just steps away made it easy to carry our beach stuff. There were 4 of us and my wife’s sister and husband came for 2 days and we had plenty of room. We will definitely be back next year!!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The house was even better in person. Beautiful views, clean, well stocked, adorably decorated, and an amazing location to both the island and Charleston. Woke up with coffee on the deck watching dolphins go by, ended the evenings watching the sunset over the ocean. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. We have vacationed many times in Folly but Sandra’s home was our favorite by far! It is such a special beach home - immaculate, decorated tastefully and comfortably - so cute! It has the most amazing back deck with easy access to the beach and a gate allowing younger children to safely play on the porch. Great kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great indoor showers and we loved having an outdoor shower too - it got lots of use. Plenty of parking. Short drive or walk to dining and shopping. No closets in any of the bedrooms but plenty of spots to hang clothing/towels on hooks throughout the home. Sandra was great to work with and we will definitely be back and have already recommended to our friends.

amazing beach house

This house checks all the boxes for a great stay directly on the beach. The house is equipped with everything you need, ( bring beach chairs and an umbrella and beach cruisers to bike to town for coffee!) the beach is amazing and the house is perfect. Highly recommend and will rebook. Bravo Sandra!

Thank you for viewing my little cottage. This house is special to me , it was built in 1927 one of the first houses built on Folly Beach . It’s an original to Folly with charm! My dad bought the house from his brother in 1965 .I was raised in this house and it was a time when everyone was a resident. I have wonderful memories of crabbing ,swimming, surfing and fires on the beach with my family. I was lucky enough to be able to keep this little cottage and renovated it for my children to enjoy. I’m opening it up this fall for you to enjoy too . I hope your stay is one you will never forget!

This house sits on the front beach with beautiful sunrises and sunsets.The outdoor shower is a dream and the front deck extends the length of the house. You will spend 80% of your time sitting on the the outside deck watching the surf and listening to the ocean.
