Diese Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern am Folly Beach ist perfekt für Familien und voller Klasse.

Das gesamte Haus ist mit massiven Kacheln verziert, die mit einer subtilen Mischung aus klassischen Inselbildern und Tönen des Familienlebens dekoriert sind. Die drei Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ihren eigenen Charakter. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett, die auf einem neu renovierten Bad angeschlossen ist. Eine neue geflieste Dusche teilt sich das Zimmer mit einem Whirlpool und zwei Waschbecken. Es gibt auch Zugang zum Meer Deck, die mit dem Wohnzimmer geteilt wird. Das Deck bietet einen ungehinderten Blick auf den Angelpier Folly Beach, den Strand sowie endlose Meilen von Meer und Himmel. Zu den Gartenmöbeln gehören ein barhoher Terrassentisch mit vier Stühlen, so dass Sie den Meerblick bestmöglich genießen können. Zwei zusätzliche Adirondack Stil Bar-Höhe St��hle stehen zur Verfügung, um bequem Platz sechs am Tisch im Freien. Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie die Salzluft von einem der zwei Liegestühle. Auch gemeinsam mit dem Wohnzimmer sind Decke bis zum Boden Fenster, die wirklich den Blick aufs Meer, um das gesamte Haus zu öffnen. Für den seltenen Regentag können die Gäste auf dem neuen 50 "Smart HDTV fernsehen.

Ein neues Etagenbett in der 2. Suite ist ideal für Kinder und Erwachsene. Der Haupt Bett ist ein Doppelbett mit einem Doppel-Etagenkopf mit einem zusätzlichen zwei trundle. Der Schlafraum verfügt über eine neu renovierte geflieste Dusche. Die 3. Queen Suite verfügt über ein eigenes, renoviertes Badezimmer mit einer Dusch- / Wannen-Kombination. Alle Zimmer verfügen über Flachbild-Fernseher mit integriertem DVD-Player. The Graceful Egret ist der perfekte Ort, um Folly Beach zu erleben und sich dabei stilvoll zu entspannen. Die Charleston Oceanfront Villas sind ein geschlossener Komplex am Meer, nur 15 Minuten von der historischen Innenstadt von Charleston und nur wenige Schritte von den Geschäften und Restaurants am Folly Beach entfernt. We had a 4 night stay in late May.I chose this condo for location -- oceanfront, near Folly Beach Town Center. It was a quick easy walk down to the beach, or into town for meals or shopping.The salt water pool at the complex is very nice. I appreciated having bath toiletries and kitchen items provided (dishwasher and clothes washer tabs, liquid dish soap and sponge). Check in was easy and accurate.The beds were very comfortable. The unit is a bit dated, decor wise. It had a few housekeeping issues that might be addressed a bit more enthusiastically, like sand on the floors. Also, the kitchen would benefit from a "re-stock" -- utensils, food preparation and serving pieces, cooking vessels.

This was a great ocean front location with a nice floor plan for four adults and two children. Furniture very comfortable. However, I'd suggest someone needs to go in and replace some missing items, and refresh.We found no wine glasses, pizza cutter, or kitchen-sized trash bags. The showerhead in the master bath was not functioning properly, the jacuzzi tub stopper was broken, and the other bathtub was missing it's stopper. Tubmat should be supplied in 2nd bath with a very slippery tub. Also bath mats should be supplied for bathroom floors but were not. The TV in the bedroom with bunk beds was not operating. Last but not least, several of the glasses in the kitchen cabinets were not clean, and shower curtain had some mildew.

Great location and view, comfortable furniture. The gate code doesn't work very well. I finally figured out to hit the star key before entering code. The whole condo is a weird mix of partial renovation. The primary bath needs to be gutted. The other two baths were fine. Everything needs to be repainted. The sliding doors are super high quality and block noise well.

Perfect condo for an awesome beach trip! Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is on the beach and has a great balcony for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening! And it is so close to Center Street and all of the great restaurants and shops! We had a great time!

The place was exactly as advertised, the check in and check out process was easy. I was glad that there were luggage carts available along with elevators, it made bringing our things in very easy. I would recommend this place for anyone! The view is the beach was fantastic and there was a restaurant across the street. I plan on coming back here in the future.

We had a short girls trip to celebrate a birthday, this location is amazingly close to everything we needed! We had beach, pool and all the food and shopping we needed for a low-key getaway! We will be back!!!

Great location - never stayed that close to the water

This condo was exactly what we were looking for - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. It was within walking distance to Center Street with all of the shops and restaurants. We had never stayed anywhere that was that close to the water! We loved it and would go back today!

Great condo!

Great condo and location. Beach was easy to access and wonderful. Beds were comfortable but all the pillows were very flat and there were not enough for the full bed (only 1) and the trundle bed (none).

Location is great, management was responsive. Couches were clean but stained and worn. We would stay there again.

It was a nice place, could use some updates.

Plenty of room and furnishings. Rooms were clean and place was secure. Deck is small with too much furniture. Great location to restaurants, we would stay again.

Hi Sheryl, Thanks for your review. The condo recently renovated 2 of the guest bathrooms! We hope you enjoyed your stay. A lot of guests love that there is enough seating for everyone on the balcony.

The location is perfect, we were right by the beach, we were close to everything. We love it. Just have few issues in the condo. The shower door handle broken and the TV in the bedroom not working, I called the property manager but he want me to do the trouble shooting on the phone.

Christmas 2012

We spent the Christmas holiday at Graceful Egert and had a great time. Well stocked kitchen and layout of house gave privacy to everyone. We had friends and family over one afternoon and celebrated Christmas together in grand style. Thanks for a great vacation.
