Charleston Visit

The Seacoast Villa was within walking distance to several nice restaurants. Also, had a great view of the ocean. The location was close enough to travel to Charleston to visit part of the day and then back to enjoy the beach.

Beautiful beach get-away

Our unit was clean & the kitchen was well stocked. Proximity to town was perfect…a 5Min walk. Beach entrance 100’…no effort to go back to condo if something forgotten. Parking was a breeze. Best feature is good size balcony with excellent ocean view. MyOceanRental great coordinator/communicator. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Awesome

The property was clean, the beds were comfortable and the ocean view was outstanding. We enjoyed our breakfasts and evening wine on the patio and the beautiful beach was just a short walk away. The town center with its shops and numerous restaurants was within walking distance and Charleston was just a short drive away. It was the perfect spot for a short getaway.

Loved, Loved, Loved this Condo!

We've been staying at various places for years at Folly and this was by far the best yet as far as convenience to the beach and to town, the view, and amount of space you get for the price. With an elderly mom, the elevator was such a blessing! The condo was very comfortable and homey and I really hope we can book again for next year! I especially appreciated the check-out checklist system!

Week Getaway

Very much enjoyed my week long getaway to the Seacoast Villa 6 as everything was as described. Communication with the owner was excellent. I was even contacted, made aware of a local city issue outside of the owner's control, and amended to ensure I had the best possible experience. This is on the top of my list of places to revisit next year if able, and I would recommend to anyone! (already have). Great location to beach access, walking to distance to restaurants & pier as well.

Fun at Folly Beach!

Was our first visit to Folly Beach, and although unseasonably cool, we thoroughly enjoyed the warm hospitality of Seacoast 6! Wonderful and thoughtful amenities, clean-clean-clean, and so accessible to beach and town, by foot or car or golf cart. Easy parking as well. Was wonderful having both an open and enclosed balcony. There were four of us and it is quite spacious - two more would've been quite comfortable. Thank you!

Unit A/C went out wnet out the day we were to arrive. They did not have another beach front unit, but they had another unit nearby and made satisfactory arrangements. Nice people to work with.

Can't ask for more ocean

We recently visited from Wisconsin and just loved this property. It was very well-equipped - waffle maker, new pots/pans and updated decorating. Many of the amenities were a nice surprise since they were not part of the listing. I would recommend this condo to anyone who loves the sound of the ocean, the relaxation of the beach and the warmness of a lovely home. We will be back.

Unit #6 was perfect for us!

We loved our time in Seacost 6 on Folly Beach. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a view of the ocean. The sounds of the waves could be heard from the unit, and the wrap-around patio was perfect. Super easy beach access, a clean and nicely updated unit, and comfortable furniture. We also appreciated the free parking spot that comes with the unit, as we walked everywhere we wanted to go on Folly Beach. We saw others struggle with parking, so we were happy that we had a great place to leave the car and get around on foot. It is a quick jaunt over to Charleston, a trip we made several times, but staying on the beach was the thing to do.

We had a wonderful time; however, I do have 2 complaints. Maybe when stating the rules, ask anyone upstairs to be mindful of the people downstairs. The whole week all we heard was stomping back and forth all day. Even around bedtime. It was very distracting. Also we had a problem with ants in the kitchen. I want to say the condo was great and the view magnificent! Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Folly has become our new go-to! We had to get use to the dark sand compared to the white sand of Anna Maria Island which had been our destination of choice for 10 years (it’s become too long of a drive - 14 hours from Ky and a drive through the traffic of Atlanta compared to 9.5 hrs and no huge traffic areas) This condo was wonderful, rental was super easy and responsive to questions. My husband and I took our 17 year old and a friend if his. Plenty of room for 4, 5 would be ok too. 6 might be pushing it a little tight unless kids make up part of that 6. The town of folly is full of great places to eat. Loggerheads is great to watch a game while eating a late Meal. Do not miss The lost dog for brunch, Drinks at James Gate ( great wings too). Rita’s was a favorite too. Charleston is 20 minutes and Patriots Point not much further. Wonderful vacation for any age group of any size.

This was an awesome condo! Great location with easy access and great view of the beach. Quick and easy walk to shops and restaurants. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It was only a 25 minute drive to Charleston. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is all about the view. Perfectly situated at the end of a street but close enough to the main drag that it's a quick walk. Furnished as a beach condo would be, you're not afraid to sit down and be comfortable.The two things I would look into changing are the primary bedroom matress as it felt like it had some miles on it and the dishes being cleaner. We would absolutely stay here again!

Ideal

Though I do not wish to create a situation where this unit becomes too popular to secure a booking, I cannot bring myself to deny praise where it is due. The location, layout and quality of this condo was ideal for my family of 4 which includes a 1 year old and 3 year old. With the assistance of an all terrain wagon and the on site elevator we easily made it to the beach each day with everything we needed in a single trip. There’s no private walk out to the beach, with how close the beach access point is to the condo, it certainly feels like a private/attached access. Having an in-house laundry room was such a luxury. We loved our day and no small part thanks to the wonderful lodging.
