Your comment has provided us with valuable insight into the services we offer. We sincerely thank you for taking the time to share your opinion with us. It is so lovely to read your amazing review about how much you enjoyed the pool, table tennis and the location of the villa (quiet and private, but close to town and supermarkets). In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air-conditioning/heating available on all the units from: 14h to 16h and 21h to 8h. However in some particular cases the owner can agree with turning off that timer for AC - as in your case. We´re really sorry about the trouble with knives, glasses and the missing electric kettle. We know that these things should be solved before your arrival. However we´re always here for you and ready to find a solution for any inconveniences that may occur/appear during your holiday. In that case, we would gladly bring you an electric kettle, knife sharpener and more glasses, if we knew it. This year as the prices of rental cars rose incredibly, there were some troubles with taxis, however when you decide to rent a villa again with us, just tell us if you would like to rent a car, because we cooperate with two rental car companies and we have special prices. The property is in the countryside so there can be some ants or wasps. In case there are more than a few ants, there are some special treatments, which help to control the situation. And we always remove all the wasp nests we found or the customers tell us (they can be really well hidden), so that also helps to keep them controlled. We definitely convey to the owner about your idea of AC in the living room and the things which should be changed or fixed. Wir freuen uns, das Ihnen die Ausstattung der Villa, die Sauberkeit, die tolle Lage und der Pool so gut gefallen hat und geben das Kompliment gerne an den Besitzter weiter. Gerne informieren wir Sie, das der Poolwart zweimal die Woche kommt, aber oft sehr früh morgens um 7.00 Uhr, so dass die Gäste tagsüber nicht gestört werden. Villa Volanti hat sowohl englische als auch deutsche Kanäle. Wir haben zwei verschiedene Geräte, die Ihnen zum Empfang bereitstehen. In unserem Gästebuch mit Anleitungen und Tipps wird gezeigt, wie Sie die gewünschte Sprache auswählen. Hätten Sie uns persönlich kontaktiert, wären wir gerne vorbeigekommen, jedoch hatten wir weder über Telefon, whats app und SMS eine Meldung von Ihnen. Die Villa hat natürlich Schließfächer im Tor und den Türen. Im Sommer gab es auf Mallorca einige Diebstähle in verschiedenen Häusern, jedoch in allen Gegenden Mallorcas. Wir verstehen, das dies Ihre Urlaubserfahrung beeinflusst hat und es tut uns leid. Sowohl das Internet als auch der Kühlschrank, sowie alle anderen Geräte sollten während des Aufenthalts natürlich gut funktionieren, und ein Techniker kann dies auch reparieren, wenn wir eine Nachricht erhalten, z. B über unser Notfalltelefon, das 24 Stunden lang für Sie zu erreichen ist.
