Dear Christine, Thank you so much for being our valued guest and sharing your holiday experience with us! It´s been wonderful having you here and we are glad you enjoyed the unique character of this villa! We hope you can return to Pollensa and enjoy another one of our villas, as there is so much choice :). Best regards, Owl Booking Team

Dear Anne, Thank you very much for your detailed feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused by the mosquitos and wasps during your stay. As the villa is located in a rural area, this can unfortunately happen, and we always recommend using repellent to make the stay more comfortable. Regarding the household items, we provide a welcome pack with some basic cleaning essentials. In addition, items that are left over and still in good condition are kept in the villa for future guests to use. When it comes to food, we kindly suggest making a supermarket purchase with everything necessary for the stay. We are happy to know that you found the property beautiful and the pool lovely, and we will take your comments into account to keep improving. Best regards, The Owl Booking Team
