Lovely fortnight in El Vila

Really lovely property, wonderful location - only 5 mins to port de Pollensa and 5 mins to Pollensa old town, yet up in the hills with a little breeze and stunning views. Great base for a fantastic holiday combining beach days, pool days and exploring the island.

We really enjoyed our stay. Dawn was very proactive from the check-in and with recommendations throughout. The house was well equipped with comfortable bedding, a great location, a breathtaking view, and easy proximity to Puerto Pollensa.

Great property, the best location

Spent my 60th here with my adult family. Lots of space inside / out and beautiful views. Felt very comfortable here and the property had everything we needed. Highlight was family bbq lunches on the terrace. Dawn was a super host and nothing was too much trouble

Fantastic property

We had seven of us staying and loved the time we spent there. Great location between the old town and the port, 180 degree views which the photos don't do justice to, a really well appointed kitchen (best we've had in all the villas we've stayed in, helpful owner... all resulting in a fabulous holiday. We'd definitely go back again.

The villa, as described, is one of the finest luxury residences we've had the pleasure of visiting in a long time. The owner greeted us on our arrival and went above and beyond to help us settle in. Just returned from this beautiful villa with stunning views. The Villa has ever thing to offer all age groups and equipped with every essential item you would have at home. Beautiful property with great spaces and panoramic views

Great stay at the villa. A few minutes drive from the beautiful beach front at Puerto Polença. The property has a great pool, lovely spacious interior and panoramic views across the bay. We were a family group of 9 and had a great week combining exploring the local area with pool time. Dining al fresco at the Villa was also a highlight. Dawn, the was responsive and friendly throughout. Highly recommended.

Stunning view from a spacious, modern property

Villa Sundance is a fantastic villa with views to die for and acres of space for large groups to relax in. The beds and furnishings were of a high standard and all the appliances and heating worked perfectly. Dawn was lovely and was on hand to help sort anything out. Definitely a luxury villa and can’t wait to return one day! You will need transport here since it is not easily walkable into town but as it is above a main road car accessibility is very good. Also, the bus to Palma and other towns stops right at the end of the drive!

Beautiful property

we stayed as 2 couples. However, we barely entered many rooms. If you stayed with 8 of you, which the property can easily accommodate, it is incredibly affordable. The outdoor speakers, terrace table, bbq, swimming pool is all you need as you look out over mountains. Air conditioning is very good also. Really easy to reach the port and the old town. Dawn is very easy to contact and shows you around the property

A lovely relaxing hideaway

A gorgeous villa tucked out of the way with stunning views of the bay snd mountains. The perfect spot for a friends vacation, villa a bit rustic but modern touches too, very spacious which is ideal for a group or family vacation, different levels for a bit of quiet if needed. Great sound system and some of our group watched the rugby through sky tv so we’re quite happy. Lovely pool area and plenty other areas for sunbathing. The weather wasn’t brilliant during our stay but it didn’t spoil our time at the villa.

A beautiful haven

This is a wonderful villa run by a wonderful and efficient host. We were a group of 10 ranging from 8 to 61 years. There is more than enough space at the property and outside for people to have quiet time and yet lots of places to all eat and relax together. The villa has incredible views and wonderful light and airy bedrooms with a fab pool and lots of outdoor space. It is a perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle but only 5/10 mins by car to the Old Town and the Port so an ideal location. Thank you Dawn and we look forward to future visits!

Absolute perfection

We had such a wonderful relaxing time. Dawn’s house is very special. The photos really don’t do it justice. It is spacious inside and spotlessly clean. It is very well equipped with everything we needed and more. There are numerous outdoor areas to enjoy, something to suit whatever weather there is. Dawn’s communication and help with local suggestions was great. We would love to come back - it was our best holiday ever.
