Wonderfully quiet but close to everything

Vulla was immaculate, exactly as described. Really peaceful but only 5-10 mins walk to bars and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone looking for a chilled holiday. Sofia was fantastic in arranging a late checkout.

Relaxing stay with views

Excellent outdoor space, with clean, warm pool and stunning views. Inside we found everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen has all utensils required and superb washing facilities, we found the conservatory a added bonus.

Communication with host was at all times very good. I requested new pillows they arrived within an hour. The pool was clean and warm. The garden is very well looked after. The villa was clean and tidy on arrival. It also has an alarm. It’s situated near a few very good restaurants which are approximately a 10 minute walk away. Some basic housekeeping might make it more attractive for example new lightbulbs as some were missing, shutters slats wouldn’t open plenty of cutlery and glasses but only 3 bowls a real mix of crockery and the towels really need replacing. They are only small things but if the shutters don’t open the place is really dark you need lightbulbs to see. The Villa had good security which was reassuring.

Return visit to this property which was just as wonderful as the first time around. Will never tire of the views. The whole process from initial booking right through to final check out was seamless, with Sofia on hand for any questions, not that we needed her.

Perfect!

We loved our stay in this villa! It was neat, tidy and the pool was nice and warm by the end of June. The location of the villa is perfect especially if you have a rental car so you can explore more of the island (although groceries and restaurants are closeby). The owner was great too, super friendly, helpful and informative - all around a 10/10!

Thanks to Sofia and Gabriel our 4th stay in Playa Blanca, but our 1st stay in Villa Paradise was a full success, everything was as described and very much appreciated, espescially the service of the team and the villa itself was delightful. We can certainly recommend the location. Kindest regardsKlaus & Ilsa

Great apartment for adults

The apartment is great for adults as there are only two bedrooms and both have double beds. The area is quiet and nice views only spoiled by an abandoned complex to the right. The facilities in the apartment are great. Extremely helpful and friendly manager in Sofia. Great job

Most relaxing beautiful holiday ever

This villa is absolutely beautiful. Great location and extremely clean. The villa has all the things you need to make your stay comfortable. We stayed for 10 nights in April 2025 and the weather was amazing. The private pool is heated and so relaxing it was like a home from home for us. Wee couldn’t have asked for more from the villa or the contact with Sofia who made everything smooth and straight forward. We will definitely visit this villa again in the future and we can’t recommend it highly enough. Steve and Polly

Dear guest, thank you very much for your feedback. We were very happy to receive your comment and to read that it has nothing to do with the villa, its services or the way it is attended but with something out of our range. We try our best for the well being of our clients however unfortunately we have no legal means to control our neighbors activity on a Sunday afternoon. Dear Guest, we were sorry to receive your comment and your evaluation. Our garden does get a regular maintenance however due to our full calendar we had to postpone it in order to be most respectful and as less intrusive as possible with our clients. We must point out that we are always reachable (24/7) and keen to assit on any issue of any nature that might arise during our client´s stay so we regret not having been informed and not having been given the opportunity to resolve the mentioned issues. Villa with a view

Great size villa for 2 to 4 guests. We stayed in a near identical villa last year and this is by far cleaner and well kept with a super information booklet and good communication from the manager Sofia. Pool cleaned regularly (twice during our stay). Large outside area and even the fake grass felt lifelike. Perfect views of Fuertuventura and watching the ferries going all day. Air con would have been a plus but a fan provided helped as it was in the 20s at night. Other than that a few welcome items ie bottled water and coffee would have been a nice touch. Overall no hesitation in recommending We didnt have a car but regular and cheap buses/taxis mean not really needed.
