Unsere Luxusvilla wurde komplett modernisiert und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer sowie einen Blick auf den großen beheizten Pool und die atemberaubenden angelegten Gärten. Wahrscheinlich die beste Lage nicht nur in diesem erstklassigen Komplex, sondern auch in Playa Blanca. Eingebettet in die Mitte des Komplexes und gegenüber dem Hafen im Zentrum von Playa Blanca gelegen, ist der Blick über den Atlantik atemberaubend und die Fischerboote können genossen werden, während sie entlang des Ozeans schaukeln. Der private Garten ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und nicht zu übersehen. Große Terrassentüren führen zur großen Terrasse, auf der Sie im Freien speisen und auf den Sonnenliegen entspannen können. An lauen Abenden können Sie den Blick über den schwach beleuchteten Pool und die wunderschönen angelegten Gärten schweifen lassen. Die Villa besteht aus einer geräumigen Lounge mit bequemen Ledersofas. Gratis Wifi. 42-Zoll-Flachbild-Satellitenfernsehen mit BBC 1 + 2, ITV, Kanälen 4 + 5 und Sky News sowie zusätzlichen Kanälen. Loved our annual trip to Playa Blanca and Sunny Secret proved to be the perfect base. Casas Del Sol is immaculate and all staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. Location is ideal to give easy access to all parts of PB. The villa itself ideally suited our family. Features that mattered to us and have encouraged repeat bookings include spacious south facing terrace, comfortable beds, excellent showers, well equipped kitchen with plentiful supply of matching crockery and glasses, spotless on arrival and this was maintained by twice weekly cleaning.

Home from homeWe have stayed at Casas del sol before but in a different villa. Sunny Secret is our favourite. Excellent location,views, and probably the most important thing, very comfy beds,sofa & chairs. Loved the mosquito nets & the coffee filter! (My Husband loved the TV!!) All equipment was clean & well maintained. The books & games were a welcome find. Check in was very smooth,our villa was ready early so that was a bonus. Reception staff were very friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Our TV went down ,maintenance came swiftly & re connected us, their English was good enough to communicate, adding to the fun of being in a foreign country. We loved the pool area always plenty of sunbeds & very quiet & relaxing. The grounds were spotless, beautiful gardens with colourfull trees. The groundsman were always working ,even at 6am! ( on check out)We purchased water from reception & found their little shop very convenient. We walked to the "spar" for our main groceries.The veranda was large & lovely especially late evenings. The resident cat visited us every night (wasnt allowed in)We didn't need to hire a car everything was within walking distance & buses were frequent.Our host was very pleasant & swift at communicating. We had a fabulous week here & plan to return in the future.Thankyou Julie for the use of your much cherished villa.

Lovely relaxing stay. The villa is a good size for a family of 4 or 5 and the large patio was a real bonus for eating Al fresco or sunbathing on the loungers. Plenty of space in the kitchen too for food storage which is so often lacking in rental properties and the use of a large fridge and dishwasher really helpful.The villa is only steps from the pool which was warm and clean but we were never disturbed by any noise. We loved that the complex was quiet and well maintained, staff were friendly and efficient and the whole vibe very relaxing.All in all a great stay - thank you!

An absolutely wonderful property in a fantastic location. Well equipped, spacious, super comfortable with air co, the garden truly delightful, with plenty of recliners & a large table. The urbanisation super, sensitively developed and very clean. Helpful & friendly staff. A truly wonderful pool. And just a very short walk east or west to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops & the sea. Wonderful hosts quickly & helpfully responding to every query. Simply cannot recommend highly enough. We will be back as soon as we can. Thank you for letting us stay in wonderful. 'Sunny Secret'. It is now one of our 'happy places' too.

Quiet family friendly complex close to everything you need!

We stayed here for 2 weeks as a family of 4 (2 boys aged 8 and 11). Bungalow is well situated with sea and pool views. Air con in 2 main bedrooms and portable fans. Pool heated and kept immaculate. Short walk to nearby beaches - our favourite was playa flamingo with white sand and lots of fish to keep our boys happy for hours snorkelling and fishing. Spar 2 minutes walk away. Range of lovely restaurants along the promenade. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great villa in great location

The property is in a great location on the complex with a view to the communal pool.The property had everything we needed with a lovely outside space for al fresco dining and enough space to relax on sunbeds.The property was well equipped and very clean and well maintained.The location is perfect with just a short stroll to the beaches shops bars and restaurants we will definitely be coming back.

The villa is lovely and has the benefit of the outside space which we used a lot. I stayed with my three children two girls who shared a room with a on suite which worked well.The third bedroom and the bed is more suitable for a small child so my 20 year old son had to share a room with me as it was not comfortable for him at all. This didn’t affect our stay though. Lots of good equipment in the kitchen making meals easy to prepare and the complex facilities are great. Lovely pool and in a lovely location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hi Katie, Thank you for your lovely review and rating our villa 5*. We also adore the location of the villa with its fabulous outdoor space and its elevated views of the pool and the lovely sea view. The complex facilities and gardens are very well maintained. We are classed as a large villa on the Casas del Sol site and the third bedroom has a standard single sized bed with good storage underneath which comfortably accommodates an adult; however the room is small, and this is shown on our photographs. We are delighted that you and your children really enjoyed your holiday and stay at Sunny Secret. Best wishes. Julie.

Fabulous

The property was first class, everything you could possibly need. Close to all the amenities, pool within 50 metres, and the best patio with loungers to lay out in the sun. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit here again.

Back to our favourite place

Back for a second holiday at 14a this year. We had a week of hot sunny weather. The villa as always is clean and comfortable.. Very convenient for shops and restaurants. The staff at reception couldn't be more helpful. Can't wait to go again

Perfect terrace for very relaxing break

We loved the location of the property, an easy walk to shops, restaurants supermarkets. The terrace with view of the very clean and quiet pool, view of the sea and shade when we needed it, was perfect for us to spend a lot of time relaxing there. The whole site is very clean and the reception staff were helpful and friendly and the small supply of essentials they have there very useful. We would definitely return

Wonderful Villa

Sunny Secret is definitely a special place!! We could tell this as soon as we arrived, villa was well equipped, spacious, a real home from home, very well located next to pool, very quiet, just what we were looking for. Correspondence between ourselves the owners was seamless, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely endeavour to book this villa again.

Fabulous!

Fantastic. Sunny Secret is a beautiful well equipped villa. So clean and comfortable in a perfect quiet location overlooking the pool. Close to shops and all that Playa Blanca has to offer. The owner has been so helpful and communication has been excellent. Would definitely recommend.

A fantastic villa with a large, south facing terrace in a brilliant location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunny Secret. It is a short walk to the promenade and local beaches. Playa Blanca is a great resort and this villa is close enough to be able to enjoy the facilities but far enough away to be lovely and quiet. An excellent shared pool (solar heated) and a very well kept villa and complex. We really appreciated the sunny terrace with sun loungers, the well maintained gardens full of flowering shrubs & beautiful palm trees. Highly recommended!

I have retired as a Staff Nurse, and my husband is a practising GP. We all love the outdoor life playing tennis, golf and hockey. Our sons Sean and Alex are working in business and Sophie our daughter works for Beat the eating disorder charity. We also have Cara our beautiful Golden Retriever. We have been visiting Lanzarote for the last 30 years and love the all year round climate. We particularly love Playa Blanca for its wonderful beaches and upmarket feel. The standard of cuisine is excellent, we really enjoy visiting the various restaurants and eating outside on balmy evenings.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We immediately fell in love with our villa because of it's location and our beautiful patio and garden area affords us stunning views of the pool and sea whilst sat relaxing. We adore watching the boats bobbing along and watching the ferry come in. There is a sense of well being and happiness radiating from the wonderful atmosphere created by the sense of openness, watching the skies as the day turns to night, whilst listening to the gentle rustle of the palm trees.
The tropical gardens are a delight and the complex is impeccably kept. We love swimming in the fantastic pool because its huge and never too busy. We also use the tennis courts every day. We amble along the promenade for our evening meal, a glass of wine and no worries about getting home. A perfect get away from it all.

Location, location, location that's the saying and it applies not only to our position on the complex but for the resort as well. We bought the villa when it was very dated and I really enjoyed the total renovation including new kitchen, bathroom and complete colour co-ordinated refurbishment. It feels very bright and homely. The villa is slightly raised and we have total privacy as we are not overlooked in any way. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and we really feel that it is home from home. We originally bought the villa for our personal use but as we were tied to school holidays we successfully rented our much loved villa and our guests keep on coming back!
