Villa Aguamarina 23B ist eine gemütliche Doppelhaushälfte von 80 m² mit 2 Schlafzimmern, von denen eines mit einem Doppelbett und einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet ist und das andere mit 2 Einzelbetten und einem Duschbad, Waschbecken und WC. Voll ausgestattete separate Küche, Wohnzimmer mit sehr hell, Wäscherei mit Waschmaschine und Wäscheleine, Parkplatz und privatem beheiztem Pool, komfortable große überdachte Holzterrasse mit Blick auf den Pool, den Garten und die Inseln Fuerteventura und Lobos, Möglichkeit der Wi-Fi-Verbindung (auf Anfrage gegen Aufpreis), Arbeitsgrill , Solarium mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirm. All dies auf einem Grundstück von 500 m2, das vollständig von einem privaten Garten umgeben ist und sowohl am Eingang der Garage als auch vor der Terrasse und dem Pool liegt. Es liegt 200 Meter südlich von Montaña Roja und 200 Meter vom Meer entfernt in der Urbanisation 'Villas Burgado 'mit viel Privatsphäre in der südlichsten Gegend von Lanzarote namens Playa Blanca in der Nähe des Leuchtturms Pechiguera. 3 km. von findet die Zone der Freizeit und des Hafens. We had a great holiday staying in this wonderful villa. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a great self catering holiday. The kitchen has all the equipment needed, and there are plenty of towels and bedding provided. The BBQ was excellent with the tools provided.The pool is amazing! We spent so much time in the pool which was a great temperature and is an excellent size. The location is beautiful with stunning views of the sea, and the mountains. Vicente, the owner, is fantastic and provides detailed information on how to reach and access the villa. He came during the visit to check and maintain the pool. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely return again.

Nice villa in quiet area close to Playa Blanca

A very nice villa located in a quiet area just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Playa Blanca. The pool is warm and of a good size. The villa is clean and within walking distance of local restaurants and shops. The host Vincente is very friendly and locally based which is always a bonus should any problems occur.

We had a nice relaxing break again with lovely weather. The Villa was well situated for the local shops and restaurants. We met our host who is a lovely gentleman and would be very attentive to our needs if required.

We had a lovely stay here, I can’t really fault anything based on the owner. The owner is lovely and helpful and his communication on check in and check out is fantastic! We did have to drive most places although you can walk, it would be about 30/40 mins and not feasible with kids, thankfully we had car hire. The swimming pool was absolutely lovely, however the villa could have been a little cleaner if I had to pick at anything, it is no where near dirty by any means, also the washing machine was difficult as it didn’t wash our clothes properly, not an issue as we did this at home. We went out everyday and I can recommend the volcano tour with camel ride and Texas Rancho park which were fantastic! My partner and children also went scuba diving which was out of this world. The area and beaches are lovely, however, as it’s a volcanic island it can be rocky so take sensible shoes! Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and would 100% stay again.

Family Holiday

We had a wonderful week's holiday, the villa was perfect & the pool was well used. There is a selection of pubs & restaurants close by, with a much bigger selection a short walk away. Vicente was the perfect host, lovely & very helpful. We would definitely come back.

Fantastic house with great pool in quiet location

Huse has everything you need for a great vacation. Pool is warm and clean and the area is nice and quiet. The host is very friendly and always available for questions. We will absolutely stay here again on a next trip to Lanzarote. Would really recommend this place to everyone.

Lovely Villa AguaMarina!

The villa was in a wonderfully quiet location and although you have very close next door neighbours it never felt too intrusive. Vicente was there at the villa when we arrived and was a lovely, warm and friendly host. The villa was clean and tidy and was perfect for a relaxing week in Lanzarote. We would all very much like to return one day very soon!

We had a very nice time in Lanzarote

We had a very nice stay in Villa Aquamarine. Everything was like we saw on the pictures in the internet. We enjoyed the terrace and the pool and the good weather. If we would have had any problems we had the number of Vincente Lopez, but we didn't have any problems. I think if we would ever come to Lanzarote again, we would stay there again.

Fabulous villa with lovely pool and garden.

Fantastic villa booked last minute and Vicente the manager/host was Brilliant from start to finish with help and guidance and it was really nice to meet him when he came to clean the pool. The only issue was the listing said there was Air Conditioning and there wasn’t any just one fan which meant some nights we had to have the bedroom windows open and subsequently got bitten.

Perfect spot for a quiet break in the sun

This is a fantastic property - exactly as described, clean, well-stocked, quiet and with an amazing view of the ocean and Fuerta Ventura. The garden and patio is spacious and a lovely sun-trap in the afternoon and we enjoyed having comfortable sofas to lounge on reading in the evening. Vincente is a wonderful host - excellent communication prior to checking in and a friendly welcome when we arrived. He also very kindly allowed us to stay an extra couple of hours beyond the usual check-out time, which was very generous and greatly appreciated. We didn't have any problems so there was no need to contact the owners during our stay, but I am confident that they would have responded quickly if we had needed anything. Overall, we heartily recommend this property and we really hope that we'll be able to stay there again

Only downside was the lack of cleanliness

The location of the property was fine and the check in was good as we were unable to open the door. The place was nice, but the floors were dirty and under the beds was full of flithy and dusty. There was a lack of towels and clean bedding. Only one new sheet and no spare duvet covers for 2 weeks which was disappointing. We didn’t realise there would be no cleaning or fresh bedding, so had to wash everything ourselves, which is okay had it be detailed or cleaning/washing products left.

GREAT STAY quiet location but not far to resturants and 45min walk to play blanca town

we enjoyed our break, we only stayed 3nights of our 7 booked due to family emergency at home. the owner arrived on the Sunday to clean the pool as we were about to leave he was very friendly. the boardwalk to playa blanca is 3 mins walk from the villa. if you walk left on boardwalk there are a few bars and restaurants within 10mins walk. 5 mins further on there is a beach bar with food also. there other shops and restaurants 25mins further round then your at playa blanca. a very pleasant walk. if you come out the villa and go to the bottom of the road and turn right there a several small supermarkets and 3/4 bars and restaurants 10mins easy walk, there is also a bus stop to playa blanca here. the villa was clean and well stocked plates glasses etc. pool was cold but great once in and a good size. grounds and seating areas were good, limited english channels on tv but we knew that before going, great to sit out at night. hire car is a good idea but we didnt get time to explore the island, auto resin car hire was great 100 euros for the week extra £2/day which covered all accident issues etc, well worth the money as taxi each way was £50. we went to mercada food store and stocked up - 5mins drive from airport, most items were at least 1/2price of resort supermarkets some items triple price at resort . resort prices similar to uk prices but much cheaper near airport , easy to drive to if you use google maps before you go. great stay and will go back highly recommend .

Lovely villa, great pool. Had a wonderful 11 days here. Well situated in a quiet area, some shops and restaurants within 10 mins walking distance, but we also hired a car which meant we were also able to go further afield. Vicente was a communicative and friendly host.

Días maravillosos La casa está muy bien distribuida en una sola planta, lo que la hace muy cómoda. La cocina tiene de todo, muchas sartenes, cacerolas, platos, cubiertos.....Hay una zona para tender y poner la lavadora contigua a la cocina muy amplia. Hay dos baños, uno pequeño y otro bastante espacioso. Luego hay una parte exterior que es una pasada y la piscina está bien de tamaño y está genial. Vicente el dueño es súper agradable. Todo perfecto, ha sido una buena elección.
