Private villas with it´s own private swimming pool, heated by solar blankets in peace location at 4 minutes walk to restaurants, supermarket and beach and the beautiful beach promenade . All BBC channels, + SKY Channels + Available German+Dutch +French and Italian channels + Good Internet .

The villa is located at 5 minutes away by car , from heart town centre. Taxis stop is only 4 minutes walking as well bus stop .

The villa is bright and spaciou, with large main bedrooms with bathrooms in suite. The other 2 bedrooms are spacious with large built wardrobes and with 3 full bathrooms , makes of this villa a perfect option for big families travelling together and all type of guess.

The villa offer,2 large terraces once facing south east and the other facing west, which is enclosed with large aluminium windows and great grill area with built BBQ, perfect for dining and at same time to be protect for the wind. Large- private sunbathing area , large swimming pools , ( max depth 1.5) . DVD and good Internet.

We were met by the host on arrival, the villa was clean and tidy, spacious, had all of the required amenities and in a good location near to Faro Park shops and restaurants.

Fantastic villa in the Faro Park area of Playa Blanca! Villa was clean, well equipped, loads of space and great well kept pool. Communication from the host was great from start to finish and she was very responsive. Loved it and would definitely recommend.

Barbara met us at the villa on our late arrival. She had us a lovely welcome hamper. I needed medical help for my daughter and Barbra helped me do this.We had a linen change during our stay but the villa wasn’t cleaned. The out door areas are amazing with plenty of space and choice of seating areas. The pool is a great size, however it was only cleaned twice throughout or stay and we had to request this both times. I would recommend this villa and also recommend a few small updates to it.

Perfect holiday

We had a fabulous holiday and thoroughly enjoyed staying at Villa Medina. The location of the villa is perfect with two small supermarkets and some wonderful restaurants a few minutes away. We spent many lovely hours sitting outside and would recommend this locating villa to anyone thinking of holidaying in Playa Blanca.

Excellent villa

Spacious and well equipped. We had a very enjoyable holiday in a quiet area of Playa Blanca. Excellent outside space at the back and front of the villa with good swimming pool. Several good restaurants nearby and a short car journey into Playa Blanca.

Amazing holiday, amazing villa

Just returned from a week in Lanzarote. Medina Villa was lovely. It was a large property, very good size pool. We had everything we needed. Location was excellent, quiet area and just a short drive into Playa Blanca. Overall a perfect place to stay. I would highly recommend staying in Barbara's villa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Medina. Barbara met us at the Petrol Station in Playa Blanca and brought us directly to the Villa which saved us the hassle of trying to find it ourselves. The villa was lovely, clean ,bright and spacious. The pool was lovely and warm and the kids spent hours in it which meant a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday for all.

Lovely stay in this Villa

Perfect for our weeks stay in Playa Blanca. Pool was lovely & warm every time we wanted to use it. Everything we needed in kitchen to cook a couple of meals whilst there. Comfy bed in master bedroom with air conditioning in main room too. Instructions & communication on arrival excellent. Secure driveway for rental car. Would definitely stay here again.

Villa Medina Excellent Value

This is a very nice Villa and good value for money compared to many of a similar size. It is a bit out of the main town but taxis are very cheap and there is a local bus service. Barbara the owner is very helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

We had a lovely week the villa is very spacious and comfortable. Pool lovely and lounges. Beautiful views from the main bedroom. Lovely restaurant and shops about a 10 minute walk away. The only thing we would criticise was we had no utensils for the BBQ as the kitchen utensil were plastic so had to purchase. Otherwise I would definitely recommend.

Comfortable 3 bed 3 bathroom villa with pool

Well maintained villa with a fabulous solar heated pool. The owners and agent very helpful. Location quiet and peaceful, though during our stay the next door villa was mostly vacant. A car is most useful as the town is about 1 hours walk, mostly along the seafront path. The best restaurants are in Playa Blanca. Davinci's in town we found excellent.

Fabulous return trip

Another wonderful stay at this villa with no complaints. This villa is perfect for our family with young adult children as there is so much space. The villa has been well maintained and upgraded since our stay last year and was spotless clean with everything you need for a great holiday. We loved the pool area and also relaxing in the evening under the front veranda. Barbara is an amazing and helpful host who is always available.

Excellent Christmas/new year stay

We arrived 23rd December 2023 as a group of 4 adults & 4 children, the host met us at the property & had left us a Christmas tree & chocolate for tge children which was a lovely touch. Villa was as described in the listing, clean & spacious. Pool area was incredible with plenty of space. Neighbourhood was really quiet & the overall location excellent. Host was very friendly & quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely return at some point in the future.

Lovely stay in a fantastic villa.

We stayed for 10 days over Easter and it was fantastic. Pam met us to show us around and was very helpful throughout the stay, they even left a bottle of wine. The villa was clean and well equipped, pool was nice and warm and cleaned midway through the stay too. We tried out a couple of the local restaurants just a few minutes walk away and they were great. I would recommend staying here to anyone and if we return to Lanzarote we will stay here again. Thanks.

An absolutely stunning Villa

The photos really do not do this villa justice, it is simply beautiful, so spacious, well maintained and well equipped. Barbara was a brilliant host, very attentive and supportive we will definitely be booking to stay here again. In terms of location we hired a car (very cheap) which made the stay a lot easier as it is a little further from the centre than we thought, however there are a few shops, bars and restaurants a very short walk from the villa which we enjoyed going to
