Eine kürzlich renovierte Villa mit eigenem beheizten Pool und Familienspielzimmer

Willkommen in unserem Floridian Ferienhaus in der ruhigen Wohngegend von Sunridge Woods, Davenport. In den letzten 3 Jahren wurde unsere Villa umfassend renoviert und zu den höchsten Standards modernisiert. Mit 3 großen Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern und einem geräumigen Wohnbereich mit hoher Gewölbedecke und Küche / Esszimmer ist diese Villa ein zweites Zuhause. Unsere Villa bietet auch ein Reisebett mit Bettwäsche, Hochstuhl und Kindersitz für unsere kleinen Gäste ohne Aufpreis. Draußen profitiert die Villa von einem überdachten, privaten und beheizten Pool (30 ft von 12 ft) und eine familienfreundliche Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, Grill und Utensilien. Die Villa ist von einem schönen Naturschutzgebiet umgeben und ist wirklich friedlich und nicht zu übersehen. Die Villa wurde liebevoll restauriert und gepflegt, ist voll klimatisiert und hochwertig ausgestattet mit neuen Möbeln und allem, was man sich für einen Familienurlaub in Orlando wünschen kann. Für zusätzliche Sicherheit wurde die Villa mit Sicherheitsalarm, Rauchmelder und Poolalarm ausgestattet, die an jeder Eingangstür des Decks angebracht sind und von einer lokalen Verwaltungsgesellschaft gewartet werden. Innerhalb der Villa ist hell und luftig und genießt einen offenen Wohnbereich mit Flachbild-TV und DVD-Player in allen Zimmern. Kabelfernsehen ist in jedem Zimmer verfügbar. Kostenloses Highspeed-WLAN sowie kostenlose Orts- und USA-Telefonate stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Lokale Supermärkte und gute Restaurants sind nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und Sie werden großartige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Posner Park, US 27, und große Outlet Malls in der Nähe finden. Die Villa liegt 3 km von der Interstate 4 und den Golfplätzen und Geschäften von Reunion und Champions Gate entfernt. Die Villa ist nur 25 Minuten Fahrt vom internationalen Flughafen MCO, eine 12-minütige Autofahrt nach Disney / Splash Parks, 15 Minuten nach Sea World und 40 Minuten zu Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure und eine 90 Minuten nach Busch Gardens. Fahren Sie in westlicher Richtung zu den schönen Stränden von Clearwater, Treasure Island und St. John Pass oder nach Osten zu Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, Cocoa Beach und zum Kennedy Space Center.

Nice vacation

We had a good time in the property. The house was clean and met our expectations, you have all you need available here. The beds are pretty comfy and we are picky in that matter :D. We actually didn’t use anything much being busy with trips every day. But for sure you wouldn’t get bored just spending the day in your vacation home. The only thing i didn’t like were the signs put everywhere about how to behave and treat the house properly (not sure those signs are helpful at all). What i really liked is the security system - you don’t have to take out the key from it’s box at all. The only thing that confused us was that - when we arrived just on time and entered the house several lights were switched on and the tv was running. For a moment we thought we messed up the dates and just stumbled into other people’s holiday. That wasn’t the case, but still going in there like this was unsettling.

Einfach toll !

Wir....Zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder (6, 11 und 17) haben eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Alles war super sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Der poolbereich ist wirklich schön gemacht und lädt zum relaxen ein. Wir hatten dort viel spass. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants für amerikanische Verhältnisse in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die themenparks sind alle in 25 bis 40 Minuten zu erreichen. Disney springst ist auf jeden Fall auch einen Besuch wert. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen ferienhaus. Es hat alles problemlos und unkompliziert geklappt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit per Mail erreichbar und haben bei fragen zügig geantwortet. Danke für die schöne Zeit Familie geyer

Great Location

Overall a great stay, the villa is in a lovely location and offers all you need for a home away from home. Whilst we had a couple of issues the owners were excellent with communication and responded quickly. I would recommend this villa.

Private & peaceful

Very private pool and great location in a good quality subdivision. Nice break away from the horrible traffic in that area of FL. Owner is very organised and solved an issue with the pool straight away. Would recommend supplying beach chairs and parasol so guests can do day trips to the beach.

Excellent stay and brilliant host

We can’t recommend this rental home enough. The pool is large and is heated by solar power; the living spaces are really comfortable and well equipped and the location is ideal (approx. 20 mins to Disney and 35 mins to Universal). The communication with the owner is excellent and when things went awry with a delivery for a product bought online, he was incredibly helpful. Don’t hesitate on this property - book now! Not very relaxing

Pretty disappointed with our stay. Place was not very clean which to me isn’t that big of a deal if there was cleaning supplies to clean. First place I’ve stayed in that you had to buy own cleaning supplies which was pretty confusing. Place was full of spider webs and dust. We bought laundry detergent because We had to rewash all bed sheets because they smelled like sweat. There were rags left underneath the sink that were soaked and smelled terrible so we had to wash those as well because it was making the kitchen smell. The pool deck was dirty, including the table, and covered with red ants so we couldn’t really enjoy the space. When we messaged the owners they had the property manager call us but when we told them they issues they definitely showed they didn’t care. The owners were more worried about the issues instead. Thanks you to the owners for letting us stay at your home. I’m sorry the people managing it for you left it the way they did and hope you don’t have anymore issues

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Davenport. The house is spacious, clean and very kinds friendly. In the house one can find different types of games and a large pool area with enough privacy to really enjoy the Floridan sun. Even for our toddler there were lots of toys to use in and outside the house. We would definitely consider this rental again for our next trip. We were sad to leave.

Very nice villa

We stayed in the villa for 8 weeks. The villa is very nice. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels both for the shower and the pool. The pool was wonderful. It was warm the entire time we were there and has a cover which we put on each night. The pool deck has a lot of sitting area and was nice as we set out on the deck a lot. There is also a gas grill which was very nice to have. The neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. I spoke with the management company on a couple of small issues and they were very responsive. The owners were also very easy to deal with and also very responsive. The only negative is that the mattress in the master bedroom is EXTREMELY uncomfortable and really needs to be replaced. The mattress in the second bedroom was comfortable as we stayed in that bedroom when we didn't have company. Also, one of the twin bed mattress needs to be replaced as it is also very uncomfortable and very noisy. All in all our stay was very pleasant and we would defiantly stay again as long as the mattresses had been replaced.

Everything you need!

We had a wonderful holiday! The house was so comfortable with every need considered. The pool was wonderful for the kids but i have to say i found the water a little too cold so i only took the plunge once! The property realistically was one hour drive back from Universal in the evening but took little over 30 mins in the morning. If you want peace and quiet in a lovely neighbourhood this is the place for you.We had a truelly memorable time. Thank you Matt and Zoe. PS. Try Keke's for breakfast

Great place. Home from home

What a fantastic villa this is… villa was a good size for us 5. Everything you’d ever need. Absolute bonus is the free solar heating of the swimming pool, it’s not too hot but takes the edge off so it’s just right temperature for play and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and hopefully be back again.

Nice house in quiet area

Very clean house and pool with more than enough linen and towels. The only negative was that the sink drains did hardly drain and there was little dish soap and no dish cloth or laundry detergent to be found anywhere. But those are easy to buy. Overall we’ve had a great stay and the kids enjoyed the WII on rain days. The ping pong, pool and fussball table in the garage were great- just too hot at this time of year to play without air conditioning there. Stores and shopping aren’t too far away and we got great tips from the home owners. Would definitely come here again!!

A Minor Complaint

Overall the house is 5 star, meeting all our needs & location was perfect for the amusement parks. We had a great time! My minor complaint is the very noisy bed in Master & slightly uncomfortable for my husband’s back (definitely needs new mattress). One twin bed the same for 12yr old; probably ok for small child.

Great location

A little disappointed if being honest . The house is in a terrific position on a nice estate. There is plenty for a family to do and the pool is fabulous ….. however a previous reviewer mentioned the master bed being uncomfortable. We have to agree with this . The other beds were ok . It was impossible to regulate the temperature in the house, the thermostat being behind a locked box . On occasion we were desperate to turn the aircon off !! There was only 1 lie flat Sun lounger . Not much use for a family There were instructions to put bedding into The wash on departure, no issue , but no detergent was provided . We felt the house was a little tired and that an upgrade was due. It was however, decent value for money

We first visited Florida as a couple in 2007 and were determined that at some point in our lives we would like to buy if opportunity allowed. We loved all that Florida was able to offer - warm sunshine, great people, slower pace of life, fun and tranquility, as well as amazing shopping. We returned as a family in 2011 and stayed in Sunridge Woods, loving all that the area had to offer. As soon as we returned to the UK we began our hunt for our Florida home. We were given the chance in January 2012 to buy a home in Sunridge Woods which had fallen into disrepair and was seemingly unloved. Nearly 12 years on we have made it our mission to renovate the villa into a vacation destination for families, couples and friends.

The villa is situated in a quiet residential all American suburb. The villa is really accessible from MCO / Tampa and Miami International airports with close links to the I4 , US 27 and the 192. There are an obundance of restaurants, gas stations, supermarkets and cinemas close by and with the great links via I4 and US27 the East and West coasts are an easy drive. The villa is close enough to all the major theme parks, shopping outlets and restaurants yet offers our guests privacy and the personal space away from the big Floridian park attractions.
