Das Hotel liegt in der exklusiven Wohnanlage The Hamlet in Westhaven. Unsere Executive-Luxus-Villa hat alles, was Sie für einen 5-Sterne-Urlaub brauchen. Wir haben einen Lanai bedeckten beheizten privaten Pool mit übergroßen Pool-Deck, automatische Spa (bitte beraten, wenn Sie Poolheizung benötigen, da dies ein Aufpreis von £ 15 pro Tag ist) und viel Platz zum Entspannen mit Stil. Auf unserem übergroßen Deck gibt es Sonnenliegen, Tische und Stühle (genug Platz für 10 Personen). Wir haben Wi-Fi-Internet, 55 "LED T. V, Blu-ray-Player und DVR-Kabel-Box (ähnlich Sky Plus). Ein Spielzimmer für Kinder mit Playstation 3, Spielen, DVDs und Spielzeug für alle Altersgruppen wird sie beschäftigen, wenn sie nicht unterwegs sind. Die Villa hat auch eine Premiership Fußball T. V. Kanal. Wir haben Babyausstattung zur Verfügung, wenn Sie es brauchen sollten. Wir haben ein Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Monitore, Flaschen, Schüsseln und vieles mehr. Nur 10 Minuten von Disney und 20 von International Drive sind wir in der perfekten Lage, um alles zu genießen, was Orlando zu bieten hat. Das nächste Restaurant ist nur 5 Autominuten von der Villa und 5 Minuten von den nächsten Golfplätzen entfernt.

Great experience and would highly recommend. House was clean, modern and really well equipped and the heated pool and spa were a particular highlight. we really enjoyed the area which has been expanding rapidly in recent years so has many new shops and restaurants to choose from and all easily accessible. As per a previous review, the I4 traffic is a bit crazy at times but that reflects the number of people who love to holiday here and with a bit of careful planning you can avoid the worst of it and still enjoy a fantastic vacation at this top class house. We had one small problem with the spa not heating when we arrived but I have to praise the response from the management company who quickly sorted it out so that actually increased my appreciation of the set up and again allows me to confidently recommend this house to future renters and we would certainly return here again.

Amazing Stay!

Great stay, Villa big and more than adequate for us. Great pool and amenities nearby. Owners easily contactable as were property management company for small query. Location great for Disney but traffic very busy on I4 so made Universal a longer journey but that’s nothing to do with property which was AMAZING!!!!

Beautiful home

Only complaint is the queen beds need to be updated. Twin beds were ok. First time we ever stayed where the hot tub worked and the heated pool was fantastic! In a good location, close to Disney. Good neighbors. We would definitely stay here again if they change the beds.

The property is very conveniently located in a nice development.The pictures of the deck area need updating as the pool area furniture has been changed and the plastic sunbeds have no cushions making them unconformable to lie on.Other than that our stay was very comfortable.

The house was lovely. We had an awesome time! The pool was great we have 5 kids and it was great

The property was in good shape. The kitchen sick faucet was on its last leg and it was replaced quickly. We have 5 kids 9, 11, 14, 15, and 17. They had more than enough room to swim. It’s deep in the end. The drive to Disney was not bad at all. The are store in the area to get food and everything you need!

Pros and cons. House is adorable, in a gated community close to everything. Play room was a fun feature for our kids. Our children also enjoyed the pool - however when we notified the management company that the pool and hot tub were the same chilly temperature, we were instructed to run the jets for 10 minutes “to bring up the heat.” When we immediately replied we had already done that and it made no difference to the temperature, we received no further response for the remaining 5 days we were there with a chilly pool and a hot tub that didn’t work. The weather was in the high 70s, so it absolutely should have been 90 with the heat making for a comfortable experience, but it wasn’t even close. We specifically booked this home for the use of the heated pool and hot tub… very disappointed with the lack of service when we could have stayed nearly anywhere else for better working accommodations. We did appreciate not having a laundry list of tasks to complete at check out.

Great time spent

A beautiful property in a quiet gated community. The owners are located in London, so a slight bit impersonal with regards to any issues we encountered. The hot tub never got hot nor did it produce bubbles as a jacuzzi typically does regardless of how many times I turned the knob despite paying extra for the heat, but otherwise, the neighborhood was wonderful , the house was beautiful, and Orlando is great! lovely house

We especially enjoyed the large pool and that its heating was included. The bedrooms were generous and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet, with few children. There is a playground in walking distance. The communication with the owner and property management company was quick and effective. A car is needed if you stay here, but travel times in Orlando are much longer than in other cities due to the massive amount of cars on the roads. (A trip to Sea World can be up to 45 minutes). My family wouldn't hesitate to rent the house again.

Great 2 week stay from UK

Stayed in this villa for 2 weeks end of March 2024 to beginning of April 2024, 6 of us (4 children 5-15). We read al the reviews before we booked and again before travelling. The owners really have provided everything for a great family holiday, everything you can possibly think of is provided. The villa is a great size, nice pool, plenty of beds/bedrooms, kitchen has everything you need and kiddies enjoyed the playroom. Is located on a private gated estate not far from Championsgate. Nice quiet area with lots of restaurants, shops etc within a few minutes drive. Travelling to/from the parks can be a nightmare though due to I4 traffic but not the owners fault. Had a couple of minor issues after arriving but these were both quickly resolved by Lou and the management company who quickly replied to emails and quickly attended to resolve. Overall, a very happy stay

Wonderful experience!

We had an absolutely amazing stay!!! The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and well maintained. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths was definitely convenient with our group, and the house was easy for my grandmother to navigate with her walker. Lou is an absolute pleasure to deal with and stayed in contact our entire stay to make sure everything was going well and that we didn’t have any issues. When I messaged her, she was quick to respond and was incredibly helpful in every instance! We even ended up extending our stay!!! There was plenty of space for everyone, and things for each of the kids to do/play with (11 months, 3 years, and 15 years old). There was tons of baby stuff which made life soooooo much easier including a monitor and high chair, crib, pack n play, and stroller!!! The pool was clean and the hot tub/spa was the perfect was to relax after a day at the parks! There are plenty of stores and restaurants around, most of which were no more than 15-20 minutes drive. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We had absolutely no issues during our week long stay. We will DEFINITELY be coming back and staying here again!!!

Hi there,
We are the Regan Family!
We are Lou (mum) Dan (dad) Harrison 25 and Lily 21.
This is our Home from Home!!
We brought the land after going to Florida in 2004 and in 2005 our home was built and ready for us to stay! Lily was only 3 months old so we kitted it out for families with kids as we know what a pain it is to travel with all the bits and bobs a baby needs!
Even though our 2 are grown we still regularly update our baby equipment every year!

Our home is in a quite area close to shops, golf courses and all the parks. Its away from the hustle and bustle. Relaxing days around the pool are a must after a bust day in a park!
Also our decking area gets the sun from SUN UP TILL SUN DOWN!
We love our villa its home from home for us and we hope if you pick it you will love it too!

We have had our beautiful villa for 21 years now and still love it!! We have seen it grow from a plot of sand to what it is now, our home from home.
Many of our guests come back again and again, we have one family that rent twice a year!!!
We take note of what our guests put in our comments book at the villa and do all we can to help make your holiday as relaxing or hectic as you want. We know the best and cheapest car hire companies and good places to eat and shop!!
