Dolphin Villa: Pool House Near Disney, Universal, more. Family Fun, Private Pool

The Dolphin Villa offers you and your family all the comforts of home along with all the fun and excitement of 2 amazing theme bedrooms for the kids!



Our brand new Star Wars room will carry their imaginations out to the farthest reaches of the galaxy while the new Aquatic room will take them into the lighthearted undersea world of Nemo, Dory, Crush, and all their friends!



The master bedroom & large secondary master bedroom both have queen sized beds and ceiling fans. They are refined, calm, and comfortable - designed to be ideal places for the "adults" in your group to relax and unwind!



The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc., while the pool (and our dolphin friend Finn), and game room (located in the garage) are always ready to play!



Free Secure WiFi is of course available 24x7.

All 4 bedrooms have 43" flat screen TV's with streaming service. The Living Room is open and comfortable with a large flat screen TV with cable service as well.



The Master Bedroom has an attached En-suite Bathroom with direct access to the pool deck. The 2nd bathroom is shared by the large secondary master bedroom (with a Brand New queen size bed) and the two kids bedrooms (each of which has its own fun theme and two single beds).



The Washing Machine and Clothes Dryer are located in the garage.



The private driveway provides parking for 2 cars.

(Please note that street parking is not permitted anywhere in the community so only 2 cars are allowed).



You will have full access to the entire house, the screened in pool and lanai, and the Game Room in the garage. The only part of the house that will not be available to you is the small locked hallway closet.



We will be available to answer any questions you may have by text or phone, but our local property manager Terry is usually the best person to contact during your stay at the Dolphin Villa. We will provide you with his contact information after you have booked your stay.



The Dolphin Villa is located in the Lake Wilson Preserve community - a tranquil setting surrounded by natural Florida preserve but within minutes of local shops, amenities, Champions Gate, famous golf courses, and all the most popular Theme Parks!



Kennedy Space Center, Bush Gardens, Daytona and Clearwater beaches are also within easy driving distance.



And if you need a break from your full days at any of the Disney or Universal Parks, it is quick and easy to return home to The Dolphin Villa to get recharged for your next adventure!



* Pool Heat is optional and costs $200/week or $30/day (for stays less than 1 week).



* Guests are responsible for replenishing their own additional paper products during their stay (i.e. paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper).



In accordance with Florida Regulations, you as a guest will be provided with:

- 1 bar of soap per bathroom

- 1 trash bag per can

- Sani strip on each toilet

- 1 toilet roll on each holder
