Great villa with everything you need and near to everything

Really enjoyed our stay. Communication with Tina was excellent and Nikki was very helpful while we were in Lanzarote. The villa is near to many restaurants and bars and literally 3 mins walk from biosphera shopping centre.

The Villa is a perfect location as its private in a residential area with off road parking.It has a panoramic sea view and is a 10 minute walk to the beach,shops and restaurants. The Old Town is a few minutes walk away with lovely fish restaurants, tapas bars and boat trips leaving the harbour to various parts of the island.

The Villa has easy and quick access to the beach,shops and restaurants.
It feels very private and homely with all mod cons,including flat screen TV,DVD,Music System and Wi Fi. Fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms,basement which sleeps up to 2. There are 3 shower/bathrooms.
Al fresco dining and barbecue on the terrace. The basement has a pool table a cinema projector which is great for chilling out and gives the children lots of enjoyment.There is a large selection of books to enjoy.
We have a small private pool with separate jacuzzi with a beautiful sea view.
Private balcony upstairs off the master bedroom great for escaping with a good book or watching the sun go down with cocktails.
