Villa Ani-Lee ist eine luxuriöse zweistöckige klimatisierte Villa für 6 Personen mit vielen außergewöhnlichen und ungewöhnlichen Eigenschaften. Die Villa ist durch eine Blume gesäumten Straße angefahren. Attraktive weiße Balustrade verbessert die weitläufigen Gelände. Durch den Haupteingang Wintergarten ist die komplett eingerichtete Lounge. Die Einbauküche und Hauswirtschaftsraum vom Wohnzimmer führen ab. Unter den dekorativen Holztreppe in der Halle ist ein Garten im Innenhof von vulkanischem Gestein umgeben. Auf der oberen Etage das Hauptschlafzimmer nähern ist ein weiterer Sitzbereich führen auf den Balkon, die den Pool und eine Terrasse mit Blick auf Bereiche. Villa Ani-Lee befindet sich am Rande von Tias gelegen, sehr zentral gelegen für einen Besuch in den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stränden der Insel.

Our second stay at the Villa, first in 2018. The villa is like a home from home, well equipped and has everything you need. The pool and hot tub are fabulous, really spacious area and private. The heated pool makes swimming during the winter months pleasurable. Hot tub heat is adjustable and works great.We love the conservatory and outside areas. The pool table is fun as well and the facilities are great for kids and adults. It’s a great location close to the airport and a perfect central location for the rest of the island. Thanks to Colin for letting us stay a little later on checkout day as we had a later flight. We will be returning!

Really good villa with super facilities.

Arrived to find villa well cleaned and set up for us to settle in and begin to enjoy what our now grown up kids say as the best holiday we have had. Pool and hot tub good much used and ideal for relaxing in the evening after hot days sightseeing from location with easy access to everywhere on island. Management representative was informative and friendly and maintenance service staff came and did their business quietly, quickly and efficiently. We don't go abroad often and so never consider visiting the same place twice; this might be the exception.

The best villa we have ever rented !

This is really the best villa we have ever rented ! We were already very enthusiastic before coming, based on the nice pictures on the website. But the reality was still better ! First very good surprise: the water of the pool is really warm (announced at 28°C, my feeling was rather 30°C), the children...and the parents have spent hours in the pool every day, in April. The garden is really beautiful (looks like a botanical garden !) and with perfect privacy. We enjoyed also the hot tub (even in the evening !) and the pool table. The veranda is also very pleasant for the evening. The villa is equipped with everything you need. The service is also perfect. Colin (owner) was always very friendly by email before the travel and you can call a local woman (speaking English) there in case of any issue. You must absolutely have your own car (there is nothing to do immediately around the villa) but the location is very quiet, 5minutes by car from bakery and supermarket and strategically located in a centered position to visit the island (we went everywhere on the island, never more than 50 minutes from the house by car). I cannot find any negative point... Really to be recommended (what I have already done to my friends...)

Beautiful!!

Stayed here in June/July with my husband and 2 children (aged 20 & 16) and absolutely loved it!! Weather was beautiful, but didn't need to use the air con at all because the villa so cool (thank goodness, because I don't cope with heat too well). Description was spot on and the villa was spotless. Cleaners came in during the week to change linen etc and pool cleaners also came round to do their regular pool clean up. Everyone that came was very polite and friendly too. If I had to find a critism, it would be that the kitchen is quite dark (even with the lights on). However, that would most definitely not put us off returning for another stay!! We all loved it there. You would definitely need a car to stay here though, which is also recommended by the owner. Speaking of which, communication with the owner is excellent! He is extremely helpful and a very nice man. We would love to return for Christmas one year, though unfortunately it's not quite big enough for our chrismas crowd :( Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your lovely villa :) By the way, our favourite attraction was the camel rides just outside of Timanfaya National Park. It was hilarious!!

Nice but a few problems

This is the email i sent the owner, still no reply Hi Colin have you spoken to the management regarding villa? I gave the rep a list of things that needed attention and nothing was done. Broken tiles on entry to villa, broken lifebelt, no lights at pool table, so couldn't use at night, power shower not working, kettle and fridge sorted after 2 days, but lost food in fridge and had to replace, oven not fixed in, so when I opened the door it comes out a bit. Front sliding doors couldn't lock, no table tennis table as stated in advert, interior door hard to open, rubs on tiles, marble skirting in kitchen fell onto my foot last day under sink. Other than that villa was lovely and staff were lovely, except Caroline who never had her phone on. Had to contact UK to get in touch with her. I think I am entitled to a partial refund, as villa was not as stated, kind regards,

Dear Moira. I'm sorry to hear you had a few problems with your stay at the Villa, hopefully this did not spoil your enjoyment A email was sent to you Wednesday 16th Feb explaining the reason for not replying sooner. A member of my staff in the Uk was staying at the villa. I sent him a copy of you text and was waiting for his report which I now have. In my email to you I have listed all your comments 1 to 11 and answered each one separately. agreeing with some and not others, anything that needed attention as now been done. The Fridge/Freezer, Kettle was reported to the management on Sunday. They came to the Villa Sunday afternoon to inspect, a new kettle was delivered Monday morning, Fridge /Freezer Tuesday morning. My Employee reported the following. Power Shower. Patio Door Lock were fine and working.. 2 x quarry tiles with very superficial airline crack in doorway.. As tiles no longer available this would mean taken up the whole of conservatory floor to replace with new. The pool table is quite a distance from the villa to fit a light would involve taken up quarry tiles on terrace to dig a trench for cables. Kick Board and Cooker in Kitchen, screw had come loose on bracket re-tightened. Life Buoy had got damaged in the wind been replaced, Front Door eased. Table tennis table and got broken in November had been removed from web page. Unfortunately from time to time things can go wrong when clients are staying in the villa. My management do their upmost to solve any problems as soon as possible. All electrical appliances are tested before new clients arrive. The comment you made about the villa not being accurate in its description I feel that I must argue this point with you. I have rented the Villa for many years getting good 5 stars reviews. Many of my clients coming back year after year. Once again I'm sorry that you experienced some minor problems on your stay. Assuring you of my best attention Regards Colin

Sauberes Haus, aureichende Küchenutensilien. Leider reichte das warme Wasser nicht annähernd für ein Vollbad. Die Gartenmöbel sind mehr als erneuerungsbedürftig. Fazit: Innen alles sehr gut, außen unter Standard. Reinigungs- und Pooldienst gut und Personal sehr freundlich.

Belle propriété

Cette propriété est très bien située pour visiter les 4 coins de l'île. Spacieuse, au calme, à proximité du centre de la localité Tias et de l'aéroport. Elle comporte tout ce dont vous avez besoin. A cause du vent nous n'avons pas pu profiter ni de la piscine ni du jaccuzi mais ce sont des beaux extras. Colin est à l'écoute. Bonne adresse!

Even better than we expected - perfect!

We booked Villa Ani Lee almost a year in advance, as it looked absolutely perfect for our family holiday (2 adults, 3 kids) - and it didn't disappoint. In fact, it surpassed our high expectations! A gorgeous villa, fantastic pool and hot-tub (used for hours every day), pool table in the shade...and full UK TV, for when the sun finally set (including SKY / BT Sports for my sport mad sons!). Location is close to shops / bars (walkable), but very quiet, and nearest beach is only 10 mins by car. Colin (the owner) was extremely helpful prior to, and during, our stay - couldn't have asked for more. Local villa management is also excellent, and friendly. We'll definitely book again in future, and thoroughly recommend Villa Ani Lee.

Superb.

Fantastic villa situated in a quiet location, just 10 minutes from the airport. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could need, including a good sized (solar heated) private pool and atmospheric after dark LED lit garden area. Quality fixtures and fittings throughout, including hard wood pool furniture. Ideally located to explore the Island, so car hire recommend. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to return in the not so distant future. Both the owner and management team are first class and on hand to answer any questions.

Séjour de rêve

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de laisser des appréciations mais là je me devais de le faire. Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette villa. Toutes les prestations sont au top : piscine chauffée , jacuzzi, grandes chambres, 3 salles de bain, verranda, jardin cactus au cordeau, billard... Et cerise sur le gâteau le jardinier, le piscinier et la femme de ménage sont passés deux fois pour tout nettoyer durant nos 10 jours de vacances !!! A 4 couples, la villa était assez grande. Nous étions 2 à participer à l'ironman et cette villa a été un atout indéniable : loin du stress de la course (5kms), piscine et jacuzzi pour relaxer les muscles. Les propriétaires non présents sur les lieux mais répondaient aux mails en cas de problème et une dame sur place pouvait être contactée. Si un jour nous revenons sur Lanzarote ce sera dans cette maison.

Stunning villa

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Ani Lee, which is one of the nicest villas that we have ever stayed in. The owners description is very accurate and Colin was a pleasure to deal with at all times. The management team in Lanzarote ensure that everything is spotless and you feel well looked after during your stay. We had 3 changes of towels and one linen change in our two week holiday. The villa is equipped with everything that you will need & we were even provided with beach towels which saved a lot of our luggage allowance ! The outside spaces is beautifully laid out with 8 extremely comfortable loungers. The pool, which is lovely and warm, and the hot tub are regularly cleaned. All in all I would highly recommend Villa Ani Lee if you are looking for that something special in Lanzarote,

Home from Home

Villa ani Lee is in a very peaceful location with beautiful views of the volcanoes and the sea from upstairs, however a car is essential as the nearest village is a 20 minutes walk away. The villa has everything you could need and is certainly a home from home even a resident cat which was very friendly. The pool is a good size and was lovely and warm, our daughter was really pleased as it meant she could swim any time of the day and night. The drive from the airport is not far and the directions were easy to follow. We would definitely consider returning here.

Really lovely villa.

This villa is a gem. Over the last twenty five years we have rented around thirty villas - mostly in mainland Spain, Greek islands, Italy and The Canary Islands, and I have to say this is certainly one of the best. It is less than ten minutes from the airport, but there is absolutely no intrusive noise from aircraft. Puerto del Carmen is also less than ten minutes drive away, and there is a very well stocked supermarket about five minutes away in the village of Tias. The facilities at the villa are all as described, the hot tub being a great addition which is not something many villas offer. We went in January, and both the heated pool and hot tub were extremely comfortable. We probably spent too much time enjoying them! The villa was spotless and it too was extremely comfortable and well cared for throughout. The surrounding gardens were beautifully kept, and the immediate area very quiet. There was plenty of parking within this gated property, and access to the villa was excellent - no hairy roads to deal with! All in all I would give this villa five stars - ten out of ten. We will definitely be going back. Something I don't say about rented villas that often.
