Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft!

Wir waren Mitte November mit 5 Freundinnen in dieser wirklich bezaubernden Unterkunft. Es war alles da, was man für eine erholsame Woche braucht. Die Lage des Hauses, Terrasse und Pool waren perfekt für uns. Herzlichen Dank dem lieben Vermieterpaar Linda und Richard. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Fantastic villa , very helpful, accommodating hosts , let us drop our luggage off early as we had an early arrival , we were then free to roam whilst they got the villa ready , when we returned it was super clean and smelt fresh ! We have had an amazing 12 day stay at Villa Colonia. Everything about the booking was spot on from beginning to end. The correspondence between Joanne and Chris before we arrived was excellent and then the warm reception at the villa from Karen, along with the welcome pack was greatly appreciated. The villa is perfectly located for all the amenities of Puerto Del carmen. The Villa and Pool are both beautiful and managed really well by both Karen and Chris who cleaned our pool 3 times during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this beautiful Villa

Lovely two week holiday at Villa Colonia. Karen and Chris were the perfect hosts. The Villa is a real home from home equipped with everything you need and more! Situated in a quiet location within a short walking distance to the main strip. The pool is perfect! and kept lovely and clean by Karen and Chris, as too is the Villa. Highly recommended!

1st Class Villa with really great hosts

We had a super welcome from our hosts (Karen & Chris) who couldn’t have been more helpful with advice.The villa is located in a quiet residential area a short walk from the beach and close to all amenities. The villa itself was immaculate, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.The pool area was spotless and well equipped with sunbeds,even a cupboard full of inflatables also the built in BBQ was a excellant feature.Chris and Karen went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Amazing Villa

We had a lovely stay in the villa it was home from home.The villa had everything , pool area was fab with plenty of seating , beds etc.Inside the villa was so nice and clean with plenty of space .Location is very good and could not of aske dfor a better place to stay .the welcome pack came i handy straight away as we were dying for a beer.

Perfect break in a lovely family home from home. We had a super welcome from our hosts who couldn’t have been more helpful with advice and tips on where to go for daily adventures.The house is located in a quiet residential area a short walk from the beach and close to allamenities.We enjoyed the pool and BBQ at the house - and spent our days exploring the island with a hire car. Highlights were the national park; César Manrique landmarks, some amazing beaches, lovely villages - especially Teguise - and just perfect weather. Highly recommended.

First class villa - we’ll be back

When we arrived Karen was there to greet us and show us round the villa. As we entered the gate we were astonished by the size of the outside area- plenty sunbeds - a table for eating outdoors and an area for relaxing. There was a large swimming pool and a built in BBQ. Inside downstairs was three large bedrooms - which were all modern and had plenty of cupboard space - the first bedroom had patio doors and opened out to the large sized swimming pool- upstairs was open plan - again with plenty room for us all - with an upstairs balcony where we often enjoyed breakfast in the morning. We could not find any fault in this villa or the service we received from the hosts - 1st class all round and on hand if we needed any help. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone with the short distance to the front -we are already planning our return -thank you once again xxx

Hello, I had some lovely holidays in Lanzarote. I enjoy the climate, the sea, and sunshine, and the lifestyle. I now run a small holiday home business and I live here too. I am happy to host modern, clean and well maintained holiday accommodation and I am interested in other people enjoying their holiday experience here. I try to include the things that I wanted from a holiday home. Villa Colonia is in central Puerto del Carmen. It sleeps 6 and is ideal for families or couples. It has an enclosed private garden and heated swimming pool, BBQ and a large sun terrace. It is a short walk to the beach. It is light and airy with plenty of space and all day sunshine. Vista Mar is a 1 bed apartment, in Los Pocillos. It is great for couples, who wish to stay in a small complex in a very convenient location near the beach. This apartment does have a lovely sea view and catches the sun. At both properties, I include a meet and greet service from my managers who are the points of contact throughout your holiday. Both properties can be booked online through Vrbo.

I was drawn to this Villas location. I like its style and the layout. It´s close to the beach in an a really nice area. A private retreat and it is still very convenient for everything in the Avenida and more. It has lots of space and a fresh airy feeling. I provide lots of facilities for a lovely holiday. A touch of luxury in the hub of a popular resort.
