Everything from the minute we booked this property was perfect. Communication with both the owner Joanne and Manager Karen was brilliant. The property is excellent and brilliantly located between the Old Town and New Town.

Nice villa, good location, great people supporting and helping us. Disappointed we didn’t have any hot water all week due to solar powered heating wasn’t working effectively. This was compounded by the fact we paid an extra 78 for heating the pool which we discovered used solar power suggesting that was diverted away from the hot water heating

I'm very sorry that the hot water wasn't working. If the sun doesn't heat it enough an electric heater is supposed to take over - I'll look into why this didn't work. In fact the swimming pool heating isn't solar. It's purely electric heating which is why we charge for the electricity. It's completely separate from the house hot water. I'm glad you appreciated the rest of the villa and I hope the poor house hot water didn't spoil your stay,

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Or is a little walk away from the strip but not too far. Karen and Chris were excellent, could not fault them whatsoever.

Villa Colonia is a wonderful property in a central location in Puerto del Carmen. The organisation of the rental, especially around access on arrival was first class. The upstairs area with kitchen, dining room , sitting area enjoyed access to a large partially enclosed balcony area which was much used during our two weeks stay. There is a large television which was separate from the sitting area but easily viewed . Only issue was trying to get the sound loud enough.Downstairs the 3 bedrooms are very comfortable with everything required.Outside the pool is wonderful with an extensive lounging area. Weather stopped us using the pool much ..but the few times we were in it was really enjoyable. Only adverse comment was that when the sun was out we could have used an additional umbrella availability.

We have had an amazing 12 day stay at Villa Colonia. Everything about the booking was spot on from beginning to end. The correspondence between Joanne and Chris before we arrived was excellent and then the warm reception at the villa from Karen, along with the welcome pack was greatly appreciated. The villa is perfectly located for all the amenities of Puerto Del carmen. The Villa and Pool are both beautiful and managed really well by both Karen and Chris who cleaned our pool 3 times during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this beautiful Villa

Lovely two week holiday at Villa Colonia. Karen and Chris were the perfect hosts. The Villa is a real home from home equipped with everything you need and more! Amazing Villa

We had a lovely stay in the villa it was home from home.The villa had everything , pool area was fab with plenty of seating , beds etc.Inside the villa was so nice and clean with plenty of space .Location is very good and could not of aske dfor a better place to stay .the welcome pack came i handy straight away as we were dying for a beer.

Wonderful place to stay

We would highly recommend a visit. The house was comfortable, clean and inviting. It had everything we needed and more. The location means you are close enough to enjoy all the amenities but in a peaceful setting. Contact and support in resort was brilliant. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Fantastic Villa, perfect Location!

A really nice Villa, set in just the right location, nice and quiet urbanisation with just a short 5 mins stroll to the bars and restaurants.The Villa and pool area's were spotlessly clean! Another Amazing Stay!

This was our second visit to the Villa and we are already planning our third stay. The villa is exactly as it is in the listing - clean, spacious and in an excellent location. The pool is perfect, especially for young children. The communication throughout the booking, check in and during the stay was excellent. We can’t wait to return.

I try to include the things that I wanted from a holiday home. Villa Colonia is in central Puerto del Carmen. It sleeps 6 and is ideal for families or couples. It has an enclosed private garden and heated swimming pool, BBQ and a large sun terrace. It is a short walk to the beach. It is light and airy with plenty of space and all day sunshine. Vista Mar is a 1 bed apartment, in Los Pocillos. It is great for couples, who wish to stay in a small complex in a very convenient location near the beach. This apartment does have a lovely sea view and catches the sun. At both properties, I include a meet and greet service from my managers who are the points of contact throughout your holiday. Both properties can be booked online through Vrbo.

I was drawn to this Villas location. I like its style and the layout. It´s close to the beach in an a really nice area. A private retreat and it is still very convenient for everything in the Avenida and more. It has lots of space and a fresh airy feeling. I provide lots of facilities for a lovely holiday. A touch of luxury in the hub of a popular resort.
