My family and I spent Christmas at this condo and overall had a lovely time. Wanted to note a few things: âąSometimes pictures on websites will make a property look bigger than it is. Not the case here. In fact, I thought it was more spacious than it appeared in the pictures.âąThe entry instructions showed a keypad entry door which was unlocked with the provided code. The instructions did not mention that there was also a deadbolt lock for which a key was needed and said key was in a ârealtorâ lock box attached to the upper door frame. Luckily my daughter quickly figured out how to get the key, but had I been by myself, I likely would have had to call for assistance. Why not just put all of the needed info in the entry instructions? âąWe received a credit to use for beach gear which we utilized. The beach gear was delivered before we arrived and left on the patio. When we checked out, we left the beach gear on the patio where we found it. A few hours after weâd checked out, I received a text saying that the beach gear wasnât there. I called, texted and emailed that the gear was left on the patio and asked for confirmation that was it found. I never received it so Iâm thinking no news is good news. âąCustomer service was friendly and very responsive.
