Neue Eigentümer haben diese bereits wunderbare Ferienwohnung wirklich spektakulär gemacht, mit allen neuen Möbeln, Fußböden, Waschtischen, Arbeitsplatten, Schränken und vielem mehr. Alles wird auf höchstem Niveau durch West Elm und Crate + Barrell gemacht, um nur einige zu nennen. Die South Seas Beach Villa 2418 ist eine Eigentumswohnung in der 2. Etage (1. Wohnebene) mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern und direktem Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko. Unsere geräumige Wohnung bietet 1.000 qm Fläche mit einem sehr komfortablen Wohnbereich und Smart-TV. Es gibt ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa für zusätzliche Gäste. Aus dem Wohnzimmer ist ein Essbereich und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit verbesserten Geräten und einer Keurig Kaffeemaschine. Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein sehr schönes Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad, während das Gästezimmer zwei Einzelbetten bietet. Es gibt ein zusätzliches Badezimmer neben dem Flur in der Nähe. Die abgeschirmte Veranda befindet sich nicht im Wohnzimmer und ist perfekt, um morgens eine Tasse Kaffee oder einen Cocktail zu genießen, während Sie das ruhige Golfwasser und unseren weltberühmten Sonnenuntergang genießen. 



Der Verein bietet einen beheizten Pool, Tennis, Highspeed-WLAN und Grillmöglichkeiten. This was our second stay in Captiva at this unit and it was just as great as we remembered! The view from the unit is as beautiful as advertised. The condo is clean and well stocked. This time we had 2 young kids and everything was very well set up for our family of 4. It's so easy to get to the beach and pool, bike around, and stop by local restaurants. We'd love to come back!

Beach Villa was clean and comfortable with new updated furnishings. We had a few very minor issues that were taken care of immediately. Location was very private with easy access to pool and beach. We did have an issue with the television. We’re not able to figure out how to get live tv. Would definitely stay again.

We quite enjoyed the 3 nights we spent in Captiva and the condo was great! it had everything we needed and was exactly as depicted in the photos. The owner/manager was very quick to answer any questions I had and very accommodating to my requests. It was pretty chilly while we were there so we did not spend as much time on the beach as we may have, but enjoyed exploring the island on a golf cart one day and took a ferry to Cabbage Key too. The owner/manager was helpful in helping me find good companies to use for both! For anyone visiting in better weather, the proximity to the beach cannot be beat and the views of the sunset were stunning. I would definitely stay here again given my overall experience, including how responsive the owner/manager was.

Would suggest a dead bolt on the outside door for added security while inside the condo. Also would have appreciated some beach chairs for guest use. We loved it.

While the digital lock meets all insurance and building code requirements, we will pass this suggestion to the owner as they consider future security upgrades. Beach Chairs: We apologize that you missed having dedicated beach chairs available. We will review our inventory for this unit immediately to ensure we have quality beach equipment stocked for all future guests. Excellent property surrounded by beautiful beaches and homes. The walk to the beach takes just a minute, and of course there are all the shells you could ask for. The home was clean, all furniture was nicley kept and the kitchen was well appointed for cooking. We were happy to see that Captiva and Sanibel have recovered.

Captiva at its Best

The property was very well maintained and had everything we needed. There were 5 of us , and there was plenty of room to spread out. We loved the location - right on the beach with views of the sunset from our patio. I would definitely book again.
