This property is not affiliated with the resort and does not provide access or entitlement to any resort amenities. However, as guests of this privately owned villa, you will enjoy all of our HOA community’s amenities:

Heated condominium pool steps from your door

Direct access to Captiva’s white-sand shoreline, renowned for shelling and sunsets
A short walk to the charming village of Captiv, an offering of shops and outfitters, and island grocery stores and restaurants, including the iconic Bubble Room

Important Notes

Elevators are NOT available for this unit (one flight of steps required).
Following recent storms (Helene & Milton), certain area amenities may be limited during your stay.
The surroundings of the resort continue to expand its amenities. Refunds cannot be issued for construction-related disruptions beyond our control.
Pool Closure:  The pool will be closed starting January 5, 2026. While this closure is expected to last one (1) month, guests are allowed to use the beach-facing pool of the Sunset Beach Villa community (nearly the same distance from the unit.) The other two pools at the Beach Villas will remain open and available to guests. One is in front of the 2300 building, and the other is in front of the 2500 building
