Beinhaltet Ihr eigenes Golfauto! Diese schöne Unterkunft am Strand befindet sich auf dem Gelände des Südseebades. Genießen Sie von Ihrem eigenen Balkon aus einige der spektakulärsten Sonnenuntergänge auf dem Meer.

Die Immobilie wurde kürzlich gekauft und von Grund auf renoviert. Die Böden, Türen, Küche, Bad, Geräte, Möbel, Bettwäsche, Bettwäsche, Matratzen für einen ultramodernen Look. Das Gerät verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und Trockner IN EINHEIT. Das Gerät verfügt über ein ausziehbares Sofa und ein Schrankbett, in dem bis zu 5 Personen bequem schlafen können.

Die Maßeinheit wird mit einem Golfmobil mit 4 Sitzen und allen Strandannehmlichkeiten völlig auf Lager sein.

Dies ist eine private Residenz im Südseebad. Sie haben keinen Zugang zum Hauptpool des Resorts. Es gibt wunderschöne Pools innerhalb von Schritten von der Einheit.

Sie haben Zugriff auf alle Captiva-Angebote mit dem Golfwagen - Mucky Duck, Bubble Room, Doc Fords, Green Flash, Starbucks usw.

The Most Amazing Vacation

This unit is perfect for an island getaway. The home was spotlessly clean, stocked with all amenities one could need, the view was breath-taking, and Marcus was a perfect host. This location is perfect for easy access for all that Captiva has to offer. Additionally, having the golf cart was a HUGE plus! Highly, highly recommend this property.

Beach vacay

We had a lovely stay! The check in process was easy, the place was clean. I thought the additional murphy bed in the living area was a great bonus! The only negative I will say is that the vent in the bedroom rattled very loudly, I'm sure it's something that could be fixed fairly easily, it didn't bother my husband, but it kept me awake. Overall, we had a very nice time and would stay again!

Views!

We had a wonderful vacation. The location is perfect and the unit was very clean with all the supplies we needed. The golf cart was fun to scoot to the store or local restaurants. The owner was helpful and responsive.

Second time here

This is our second stay here. More and more activity as the island recovers. Really enjoyed the local restaurants and Jerry’s was a great place for groceries. Sunset views are amazing from the porch. Pool is great at the end of the day. The golf cart is the way to get around. Rented a boat at Jensen’s and went to Cabbage Key and surrounding islands. Awesome stay, thank you again Marcus!

Great Condo! Excellent view. Property is still under repair from recent hurricanes but area is clean,low noise.This condo comes with a golf cart! Washer/dryer was very nice! Would stay here again!

Captiva Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay! Access to the beach and 2 community pools was incredible - just steps away. The golf cart was very fun and convenient getting around town. The unit had everything we needed - full kitchen, washer & dryer, beach supplies, extra pillows. There was a problem with the golf cart the first day but Marcus accommodated us with an alternative until it was fixed. We will absolutely stay again!

Great beach location

The condo is in a great location and close to all of the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and it’s a really nice pool on the property. The owner was super responsive, and we were very pleased. Although this property was recently updated, there is little more wear and tear than expected. The golf cart was awesome!

Vacation 2024

Excellent accommodation. The golf cart use was extra special. The elevator was functioning which I appreciated. The South Seas facility and the island is still recovering but there were plenty of shops and eateries to visit. The shelling was the best I’ve seen in years.

Nice

Property was clean and comfortable. Loved the view from the balcony at sunset. Beach was nice and not crowded (most FL beaches are packed - this was a pleasant surprise). Restaurants and stores were right around the corner. Sites in Sanibel were not far away. We had a great time!

A little down time

We had a great week in this beach condo and on Captiva Is. Marcus was very responsive to any questions and timely in updates to ongoing repairs to the elevator for the building. It was finally completed just before arrival and the crew was still working on the 2300 building when we left. The condo is clean, simple, and has just enough cookware to make a couple of basic meals. We did make use of the vacuum for the inevitable sand being tracked in. There is still reconstruction going on all around the buildings with some minor noise and disturbances, nothing to ruin the stay, we still enjoyed our time on the Lanai. The Captiva and Sanibel area is a quaint, quiet, and laid-back area to visit, though Sanibel is more congested with traffic. The golf cart was great for short trips to the restaurants and the market where parking can be a premium for other vehicles. Thanks Marcus, we’ll consider your place again for a future visit.

Great location within steps from the beach

Although the inside of the unit is a bit smaller than it appears in the pictures, there are two pools and the beach within steps and much closer than the look in the pictures. Was great to have access to a golf cart to explore captiva. Marcus was very responsive and the check-in process was very easy.

Perfect get-away

Our objective for this trip was to have no agenda. The place was perfect for just the two of us. Captiva is walkable but the golf cart was way more fun. The condo was well appointed. In my opinion, having a few extra blankets on hand for tv watching and a small vacuum for the sand that gets tracked indoors…and a pizza cutter 😊 … would be helpful. The bikes listed were not there, but bikes can be rented. Overall, our visit was wonderful and relaxing. The beach, or course, was breathtaking. We will definitely visit here again.

Loved The View

My husband and I stayed a couple nights and really enjoyed our time there. The view is just beautiful and the condo is nice. There is construction still, but more and more opening up. Loved the key lime pie at RC Otters, try it if you go, and of the course the view and the food from Mucky Duck is great! A nice walk down the beach! Thanks for a great stay and great communication!

November Birthday vacation 2023

Wonderful place to stay for our annual Sanibel/Captiva vacation. Thankful to be returning to one of our favorite destinations. Loved the condo. Everything we needed. Close to the beach and restaurants etc. that are currently operational. Marcus was accessible, friendly and easy to communicate with. Excellent host. Will not hesitate to return to this condo. Great Location but currently a Construction Zone

We arrived looking forward to spending two relaxing weeks on the beach. Unfortunately, many of the Beach Front Villa units are still undergoing major repairs and renovations from Hurricane Ian. This was not only in our building but the adjacent Villa buildings. Also one note, the elevators in most of these buildings are totally out of commission due to water damage and will be for quite some time. Not a huge issue but could make for a tough time hauling luggage up two flights of stairs especially for anyone with mobility issues. We were greeted 7:30 each weekday morning with the sounds of construction trucks unloading in the parking lot and workers hauling equipment up the stairs which the bedroom faces. And work in the units started promptly at 8 AM each morning in the 2 adjacent units and also major construction in the unit above us. No sleeping in for sure. On the positive note the beach was great, the sunsets from the porch were incredible and the golf cart was very handy at getting around the local area. We also loved getting to observe a nesting Osprey pair raising their young right outside the lanai, and seeing dolphins swimming just off the beach each morning. Overall a great location but the construction was a detractor during our stay.

Nice property

Overall this property was very nice. It was in a great location on the South Seas Resort property. It is oceanfront with stunning views of the sunset on Captiva Island which are viewable from the nice screened in porch. The beach is a short walk from the condo building. The golf cart was a wonderful touch and allowed a more fun way to tour the rest of the south seas resort and "downtown" Captiva. Access to the restaurants was much easier with the golf cart! Marcus was easily accessible and responded quickly. The condo itself was as described. Recently renovated, comfortable beds with clean sheets. The murphy bed is a great idea! It was very clean and no bugs seen during our stay. A few thing that could have been better - the kitchen could use a few more small glasses and several of the kitchen instruments were rusted and needed to be replaced. Other than that, the kitchen seemed well appointed. My biggest complaint is the thermostat. I understand wanting to conserve energy and the cost of cooling a condo. However, the settings were quite extreme. During the day, the thermostat was set in the low 80s. Coming back from the beach after being out all down, it was quite warm in the condo. Overnight it was set in the high 70s (77). This made sleeping miserable. I would wake up each night sweating and would have to get up to set the thermostat down to a reasonable level (72-73). This really was my only complaint and would request the settings be reprogrammed prior to staying her again.
