Great Stay and We will be back

The property was great and just like advertised. The only thing to think about is the check-in process the later you get there the worse the process. It took one of our guest an hour to check-in because of long lines. I was there right at 4 and had no issues. That being said it's worth it, a great property and the owners were great to work with. If your looking, pick this one. We will again next year. Thank you Frank for everything and as soon as I get the dates for next year I will be in touch.

not fully happy

Unfortunately, instead of an already VERY late check in time of 4:00, the cleaners weren't ready for us until 5:40 (very hard for 8 adults ready for a destination, even harder for 8 kids! We had nowhere to go, as there was a bad storm!)The house clearly had been ABUSED by the previous renters (the front yard was covered in garbage until the next morning!) Unacceptable! The management company said they would "put it in the notes" what does that even mean? Also, the house to the left was occupied by young men and woment who were smoking illegal NON-STOP while our kids were swimming in the pool! I would like to say that the kids LOVED the theatre room and themed bedrooms! As the grandpa & grandma who paid $$$$ for 41 hours, we feel that we were cheated! We left the house in great "normal cleaning" shape as we always respect the properties where we stay, and unfairly were penalized for the rude behavior of others. Please make this right! If you'd like an honest evaluation of the actual property, please reach out! Happy to share what worked and what didn't work. Honestly, you should reconsider your management complany!

COVID-19 Vacation

We just vacationed there there in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. So, of course there were things that were out of the owners control, but did definitely affect our stay. We had no access to any of the clubhouse or community amenities during our entire stay, such as the pool, bar, fitness club, etc. Thankfully, there is a pool and hot tub on site, and the property managers were very attentive to our needs. The biggest complaint I have is that the pool and hot tub never did get warm. We received mixed explanations from managers and owners. One said the filter was very dirty, so was changed. One said that the pool only heats up 1° an hour, and that it would take time. However, when we are told we will have a heated pool and hot tub for our stay, that’s what we expect on arrival, not four or five days into our trip. We had to have the property manager come out multiple times along with a third-party pool guy to try to fix things. It never did fully heat up even seven days into our trip. These are the things that you notice when you are quarantined in a house on vacation. The WiFi also went out several times, making it hard to use Netflix in the movie room. Again, we were quarantined, so you begin to rely on these things to make your vacation a successful one. Overall, a fine place to stay considering the circumstances.

One week stay for Disney

On arrival our first problem was gaining access. The instructions for the code entry did not say add the tick at the end of the code so it took 20 minutes to resolve. Our phone call to the agent said out of hours so send text to a number. Not too helpful. On arrival the waste bin right next to the front door was overflowing. This was collected the next day but still had loose trash in the bottom that attracted flies and roaches. In fairness this was cleaned out the next day once we I informed the agent. Of the other problems we reported to the agent the very green pool was cleaned the next day but the lack of cutlery, spoons knives etc was only partly addressed after 5 days. I don't think 5 spoons and one teaspoon is enough for a party of 12. One of the electric circuits kept tripping but we simply reset every time . Overall the house is very tired and in need if some love and redecoration. The pictures are obviously taken when the property was new. Our approaches to the agent were acknowledged quickly but simply said that our problems had been sent to the property manager. Not really satisfactory. We had a great week at Disney despite the property.

Okay experience

We stayed at champion's gate in March of 22 with 15 people(8 were children) Our family overall enjoyed our stay however the house was very run down and had very little towels available, very little appliances and limited utensils available. The internet was very spotty amd difficult to get on the movie theater room however the maintenance person was eventually able to fix before our last day. The arcade area was run down and cheap products. The bedrooms were nice size and the beds were quite comfortable. The house could use more pillows.. The carpet was very run down and ragged. The house pool and hot tub were nice but the lounge area had very run down furniture as well.

Nicely decorated, Spacious house for a large family

Beautiful house, nicely decorated and well suited for a large family. Clean on arrival but needs general maintenance. Some lights not working and a TV. Baseboards and lamp shades dusty. Vertical blind in dining room missing several slats. Carpets could do with a deep cleaning, some noticeable stains. Maintenance was prompt in attending to our concerns. Additional towels and tub mats and door mat were provided on request. Kitchen well stocked but could use a few more pots/pans, dish cloths and dish towels. and a larger broom. The children enjoyed the pool immensely. Would highly recommend to others. Caroline Bermuda

It had a dream kitchen and family room !

Just like the house I would expect to live during breaks. The place was bigger than we expected and everybody enjoyed the pool, movie room and the game room. The pool was very nice. Our kids loved the pool ! It had a dream kitchen and family room . If you book this home you will not be disappointed! We loved everything!

 The home was perfect and just as described. It was very clean and inviting. The caretaker greeted us and made us feel welcome. Comfy beds, well stocked, great master suite. .
