The Flange Retreat 8-bedroom vacation rental home on Champions Gate is an upscale, high end vacation home with an extensive specification and beautiful furnishings. This home features an inhouse sauna, movie Theater and a very comprehensively equipped arcade game room: Multiple arcade style gaming consoles are in the air-conditioned game room; these include ‘Fast & Furious’ ride on simulators and basket-ball games. All bedrooms come with ultra-comfortable very high-quality mattresses, all bedrooms have a large screen LCD TV, and all rooms have custom décor creating a unique theme for each room. This unique and supremely equipped home has beds for 22 + 2 cribs (24 in total, cribs are optional and at additional cost). Pool & Spa heat included.

When you arrive at the Flange Retreat, you will experience a real sense of something special. The exterior features a decorative driveway and walkway pavers, a brick facade, and a tiled roof. This professionally decorated and themed home includes a full HD living room 70” HD Smart TV, along with HD Smart TVs in all bedrooms and a further large HD Smart TV in the loft area. All TVs have digital streaming. The home also benefits from a Theater room with 100-inch screen, digital movie projector, 7.1 surround sound and movie theatre reclinable seating. A wall mural of Stan Lee welcomes you at the Theater entrance

There are 8 bedrooms in total, 5 bedrooms with king beds (each sleep 2), 1 with twin & double beds (sleeps 3), 1 with twin & full beds (sleeps 3) and 1 bunk bedroom (sleeps 6) – comfortably sleeping up to 22 people in total (+2 additional cribs or rollaway beds). The kitchen has upgraded tile and dark wood cabinetry, along with granite counter tops and new & upgraded stainless-steel appliances. Your guests can choose to dine at the kitchen bar (that seats 6), at the fabulous large dining room table (that seats 10) or around the outside patio tables (that seat 10).

Outside around the extended block paver deck area are 4 high quality lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated pool and hot tub. The pool faces east and enjoys a lake view, which ensures plenty of sun exposure throughout the day with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. In front of the pool, a full width child safety fence protects curious children, and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure. The pool is the largest private pool available in ChampionsGate and enjoys almost total privacy with no rear neighbours. The integrated in-ground hot tub spa, and oversize paver deck, complete the vast outdoor space.

Booster seats, high-chairs, strollers & Pac ’n’ Play cribs are available for hire (NOTE: these items are optional and provided at an additional cost).
