Nice house, decent stocked kitchen. House is a little worn but expected with rental properties. Grill was key, loved having access to it. There is no hot tub on property but 20 to heat the pool was great. Walking distance to Oasis was super easy. Host was great at communication. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash is provided so pack accordingly.

Great stay!!

House was clean and located right near the club house. Kids loved it. Beds were extremely comfortable. Host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great place for larger groups!

We enjoyed staying in a place that fit everyone in our group of 10! Very clean and the beds and pillows are super soft! AC was super cold and everything was available as promised! Would definitely stay again!!!!!!! Host was quick to fix issue with check in and even checked back later with me to make sure everything was good…

Pros:- Community amenities are good. Multiple pools, lazy river, water slides, small movie theater, etc. Great for kids, although pricey for food and drinks.- Host usually responds quickly.- Good location with access to restaurants, grocery stores, etc.Cons:- At times, host was inappropriate, disrespectful and unprofessional in his messages.- The home itself had a LOT of issues, some of which posed physical danger, especially since we had kids. Summary list of issues: * Kids bunk beds had scratches, dents, and most concerning, cracks, including a large crack in one of the lower support beams and in the bed stairs * Living room couch had screws sticking out, dangerous to scratch or cut skin * Dining chairs covering was completely coming apart and shedding when we sat down * Bathrooms had broken porcelain soap holder, broken shower door, towel rack bar missing * Almost all furniture had significant amount of scratches and dents and some were loose/wobbly. * The central heat also didn't work for a number of hours and we visited in the winter, so not pleasant.Overall, the community may be stunning, but I would not recommend the home itself.

Since this stay, we have addressed and corrected the items mentioned. The bunk beds and living room furniture were inspected and repaired, with unstable or damaged pieces replaced. Bathroom fixtures that were broken or missing have been fixed, and general maintenance was completed throughout the home to ensure all furniture is secure and in good condition. The heating system was also checked to confirm it is functioning properly for winter stays. Our community amenities remain one of the highlights for families, especially those traveling with children, and we continue to respond promptly to guest needs during their stay. We are always working to improve both the condition of the home and the way we communicate, and we appreciate feedback that helps us do so. We encourage future guests to reach out at any time during their stay if something needs attention—our goal is always to provide a safe, enjoyable, and professional experience.

Great Accommodations.

Great property as described. Clean, neat and in order. Close to Orlando and all the attractions. Loved the splash pool. Loved the free starter items toilet items, soap, toilet paper and towels. Only one negative was told there was a high chair and pack n play. However, none was on the property or we would have brought ours from home. We had to go to Walmart and purchase one. However, overall good stay no complaints.
