Regarding the neighboring property's parking, we understand how frustrating that must have been. Please also know that we are available 24/7 even during your stay, so you should definitely contact us when you have these types of questions/concerns. Hi Timmie, thank you for taking the time to write us a review. You are somewhat correct, we do have a cancellation policy which is carefully and clearly detailed to guests prior to and when they book. However we do evaluate each case and react accordingly. We cannot control how each guest treats our homes on top of the fact that the homes are quite heavily booked since we are just ending our busy peak season so wear and tear is expected from time to time. Additionally, we were not able to carry out our routine preventative maintenance as a result of the pandemic but have recently resumed. We sincerely apologize for the fact that this was your experience and hope you will afford us the opportunity to redeem ourselves now that normality has been restored. Thank you nonetheless for staying with us.
