Great Location

Of all the resort homes we have rented, this one was very bare bones. The place was clean and had everything you needed to prepare meals except for things that we have seen elsewhere. For example, no condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc). Other places also have some supply of basic support things like tissues, kcups, etc. One of the showers was clogged up. Overall it was very comfortable. Check in was easy.

our stay

Rating: 9.0 The property overall was great, with plenty of activity and things to do. While our specific house was not the best, the other rental homes my family stayed in were excellent. The customer service, front desk team, and maintenance crew were all very good and helpful throughout our stay.

Satisfy Stay

When my cousins and I first arrived at the property for our girls' trip, we were truly overwhelmed by how beautiful and welcoming it was. Everyone felt immediately comfortable and happy; it was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything was handled with such care and professionalism. My five cousins and I are genuinely grateful and have no criticisms. Kevin is such a kind and wonderful host, making us feel like more than just guests. If I could rate this property a 20, I would, because it truly surpassed all our expectations.

Awesome family vacation

Resort and amenities were great! Golf courses were in excellent condition and staff was extremely friendly. Our home was beautifully decorated and fit our families needs perfectly! Pool was small but nice and heated with a great sun deck. We enjoyed our stay and will continue to visit the resort and explore the area! We are looking forward to our next vacation at one of the beautiful homes on the property. Thanks again!

Perfect!!

We stayed here for my husband's birthday golf trip, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was beautiful, spotless, and even better than the photos. We had plenty of space to relax after long days on the course, and the neighborhood was peaceful and well-kept. The host was responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

Perfect for a golf trip

This location was perfect for a golf trip. Four bedrooms, so each one of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. Right at Reunion so easy to get to each of the three Reunion courses. Would stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay

The house and amenities were beyond expectations. The house was well stocked and super clean. The location was very close to the resort and on the sixth green of the Palmer course. We played all 3 courses and they were in fantastic condition. I would highly recommend this property to future guests. Thank you for a great week of golf and relaxation. We will be back.

Great House

This was a great house to stay in for a golf vacation. Well appointed, lots of room, and a really nice pool area with good privacy. Wish it would have been stocked with coffee, sugar and salt and pepper. Cupboards were literally bare.

Phenomenal

I booked this beautiful home for a girls trip celebrating my retirement. Our stay at Kevin's vacation home was absolutely wonderful! The house was beautifully decorated, spotless, and looked exactly like the pictures. Kevin was an amazing host—he checked in on us, shared great restaurant recommendations, and even helped with directions when we got lost. 😆 The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, which was especially important since our group was all women. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! I'll definitely rent this place again the next time I visit Orlando. In fact, one of my friends from the trip has already booked it for Thanksgiving! Book this home, you won't be disappointed.

Outstanding!

Good Afternoon: We spent a wonderful few days without any problems in the unit we rented, the services were excellent and highly recommended for families. The attention of the receptionists was first class and fast. The truth is that we would be very happy to rent with you again and we will be recommending you to friends who travel to that place. Thank you very much for everything!!!

Overall very happy

We stayed at Reunion for (3) nights and played golf daily. The house we stayed at was very nice. My only complaints are the code we were given for the front door entry did not work because no one told us you had to push the "check" mark after you entered the code. After a long day of travel, it was frustrating to have to go back to the main desk and stand in line to get this clarified. Once we got this updated information we went back to the home. The code worked but now the "pool area entry" alarm was activated and we had to listen that for a half hour before a tech came over and told us about its use. Nowhere in our check-in information did it say anything about the pool alarm use. The house was great for us, but we didn't realize the 4th bedroom was in a separate building above the garage. That was OK with us, but wouldn't work very well for a young family. The ice machine was frozen solid and kitchen sink faucet barely worked and should be replaced. Someone should have paid more attention to the details of this house. Overall, we wee still quite happy..................Don Cook
