Ground Floor



Mickey and Minnie Room

This charming room is decorated with a Mickey and Minnie beach theme. It includes:

- Two Full beds

- Private closet

- 42-inch TV

- Private full bathroom with shower

The living area is spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and gathering. It features:

- Six-seat sofa, two individual armchairs, and two lounge chairs

- Access to the patio through a large sliding door



Patio and Pool

Enjoy the outdoors in the spacious patio, featuring:

- Pool, secured with a safety net

- Grill: We provide the grill clean and ready for use, and we only charge $35 for its use. Guests just need to purchase a propane tank refill at the nearest retail store or propane refill station. The propane tank is located underneath the grill.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests:

✔ No smoking: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.

✔ No parties or events: Quiet hours and resort rules must be respected at all times.



ADDITIONAL NOTES

Pool Heating: Not included in the rental rate. An additional fee applies. The outdoor pool (without screen enclosure) is cleaned weekly, though some minor debris may collect between cleanings. A skimmer net is provided for easy maintenance.

Forgotten Items: A $150 administrative fee plus shipping costs will apply for the return of any forgotten items.



The house includes a grill and there's no extra charge to use it—no surprise fees here, just good vibes and BBQ dreams 😎 Just don’t forget to bring your gas… and of course, the meat! We provide the grill, you bring the feast



Please note: We do not provide washcloths as part of the standard linen setup. If you would like to request washcloths, they are available for an additional cost of $3 each. Fresh, unused washcloths will be delivered directly to the property upon request. Let us know in advance so we can arrange everything for your comfort!

This property has some house rules, failure to comply may result in fines:



ARRIVAL FROM 4PM

Check-In Guidelines

Check-In Hours: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, it's not a problem. However, you must confirm your arrival time in advance so an agent can assist you with the check-in process.

Late-Night Arrivals: Guests arriving after 9:00 PM without prior notice and confirmation from our team will not be eligible for refunds or discounts. Guests are expected to follow the check-in procedures provided.

Smart Lock Access: You can enter independently using the smart lock for added convenience.



Getting Around:

To make the most of your trip, we recommend having a car to travel to the main attractions and do some shopping.



If you don't have one, we can suggest renting a vehicle or using Uber to get around more easily.



Within the community you can enjoy pleasant walks to the different sectors, such as the pool and other common spaces, to continue moving and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.



On the other hand, be sure to check the schedules of each resort service.
