Es gibt 4 Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Diese fabelhafte Villa hat keinen hinteren Nachbarn und bietet die Privatsphäre, die Sie wünschen. Es befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend der begehrenswerten Wohnanlage Solana Resort, direkt am Highway 27 (zwischen der I-192 und der I-4), nur 16 km vom Haupttor von Disney World und wenige Minuten von mehreren bekannten Orten entfernt Golfplätze. Dies ist wirklich Ihr perfektes Zuhause in der Ferne.
Die Zimmer und Suiten sind aufwendig im klassischen Stil eingerichtet, behalten aber moderne Elemente. Diese Villa verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, kostenfreies WLAN und kostenlose Telefongespräche in die USA und nach Kanada. Wenn ein Grill gewünscht wird, kann er gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 55 USD / Woche oder für einen Zeitraum von bis zu einer Woche bereitgestellt werden. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen eigenen HDTV.
Der funkelnde, beheizte Pool und das Spa lindern den Stress und die Müdigkeit Ihres langen Tages in Orlando, Disney World oder auf den Golfplätzen (die Beheizung des Pools und des Spa ist optional und erfordert auf Anfrage eine Heizgebühr). Zum Schutz Ihrer kleinen Kinder verfügt der Poolbereich über einen Schutzzaun. Diese Villa verfügt auch über ein Spielzimmer mit einem Billardtisch, einem Tischfußball und einem Airhockey-Tisch, der in eine Tischtennisplatte verwandelt werden kann.
Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern bietet diese Villa auch einen Hochstuhl, ein Reisebett und einen Kinderwagen.

The house was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean and spacious. The owner was very accommodating. One of the actuators for the pool spa heat broke during our stay. The owner was easy to reach and had the part replaced quickly. If you enjoy lounging in the sun, the pool area is spacious, and gets sun all day long. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very large, nice and clean home with a kitchen that has everything you need to make your own meals. Nice back yard, game room, and pool. Comfortable beds.However if you are expecting a hot- hot tub you may be disappointed. It never got warmer than the pool, even after much communication.

Hi Melinda, thank you for your review. As we explained the spa attached to the pool is not a hot tub. However it is usually heated to a higher temperature then the pool, unfortunately there was an issue with the temperature controller to the spa that we were not able to fix untill after your brief stay.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property! The booking was easy, efficient, and communication was excellent and directions were thorough. It was in an excellent location close to all the fun of Orlando and local shopping with a spacious pool and tons of room for large groups. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others!

This is our second time staying in this home. The host, Steven, is very receptive to emails and answers you questions quickly and with detail. The location is within a gated community of friendly people and a lovely community area with a pool, tiki hut and activities such as work out equipment, miniputt, pool table and arcade. The house has all you need to cook and seat all your family and guests whether inside or outside. There is 4 king on suites and two kids rooms (one princess room and one cars room) each with two twin beds and a dedicated bathroom. There is also a bathroom off the living room to use when on the main floor or using the pool. The backyard consists of the pool and warming tub. Plenty of seating and 4 lounge chairs. There is a covered porch the width of the house. Remember to get pool heat if your trip is in the cooler months or it is like an ice bath. The area is close to many restaurants (both fastfood and sit in dining) as well as two Publix grocery stores. If you are a Disney fan then it is only a 15 min drive away. You won't be disappointed with this home. It is clean and comfortable.

Universal Studios Trip

The house was spacious. Loved the 4 suites with king size beds. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was a perfect place to sit and hang out all together. The owner is absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this house. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome for Families

Family vacation 2022

This place was amazing! Very kid friendly, my 2 yr old niece loved the little snail car to ride around. Very spacious for a large family. The pool and spa was amazing after a long day at the parks. I would definitely recommend this place.

Spring break with family

Our family vaca was enjoyed by all from 15 mth olds to Nana. The home was spacious ,clean. Plenty of towels, linens and dishes and cookware for our group of 10. The pool area was relaxing and safe. The beds were comfortable w/ choice of memory foam mattress’ or firm. We had a slight bump w/ spa heat , but Stephen was very responsive in getting it resolved. Thanks and we look forward to staying again.

Great clean roomy

Kitchen well equipped with everything you would need. House is roomy and has lots of seating. Beds are comfortable and this home has 4 king ensuites plus 2 kids rooms (one decorated boy and one girl) each with 2 twins beds. The pool is clean warm and well cared for. Lots of patio seating to enjoy the outdoors.

Stay Here for Disney Trips!

This property was amazing and perfect for an extended Disney vacation! Only a 25 min drive from Disney; you will love this quite retreat and save way more than enough to cover parking! The owner was consistently responsive and customer focused! We’ll be back again for sure.
