Wunderschön zu einem sehr hohen Standard mit eigenem beheiztem Pool in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum von Playa Blanca entfernt. Diese Villa bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für die vielen Annehmlichkeiten in der Umgebung oder einfach nur zum Entspannen und Entspannen am Pool. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit französischen Türen zur Terrasse und zum Poolbereich verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und Einbauschränke mit Safe. Lovely villa, great for the family and little one. 20 minute ish walk into town which I don’t think is bad or 5 taxi back from town. Pool was amazing, good that it has steps into the pool so the little ones can play in the shallow end. Great comms from the host, 10/10 Would recommend

Great Villa with plenty of room for everyone. We had two wheelchair bound guests and the Villa was ideal for them. Lovely pool and correspondence with Karen was excellent from first contact. Just sorry our stay has come to an end. Will definitely consider booking with Karen in future. A great holiday from start to finish!

We had an absolutely faultless stay at Karen's villa as a family holiday of 10. Karen is a great host and gets back to you quickly on any questions you have and was very helpful. Everything is clean and theres everything inside that you might possibly need. We lived outside around the pool area, kids loved the pool and pool table and when they'd had enough sun the wifi was spot on to keep them entertained. Air con was a saviour on the hot nights. I'd recommend keeping doors closed during the day because we got hammered by mosquitos while sleeping at night but thats our own fault. Quick 15/20 min stroll down to the front was perfect for us. 10/10 from us and would definitely return.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Karen's villa, it was so good we literally didn't want to come home and tried to extend our trip!! Great space for all the family, thoroughly enjoyed chilling out by the pool and breakfasts on the terrace. With a one year old in tow it was great to be able to explore all the fantastic restaurants Playa Blanca has to offer and then head back for nightcaps, games and a good film night. Villa was perfect for our family of 9, had everything we needed and more. Perfect location for a 20 minute walk down to the town or taxi trip for less than 5. Total privacy within the villa. Lidl is also a 20 mixture walk or quick taxi trip for the shopping.

The villa is exactly as described, large, spacious and very clean. The location is excellent, 15 min walk to centre and taxis are readily available for under 5 euro. The host is excellent, responds to all queries quickly and efficiently, Karen has a very friendly approach where no questions are too big or small. An amazing villa and I would highly recommend.

We travelled as two adults and four children, and found the villa was well maintained and definitely big enough. We needed all 5 bedrooms due to the ages of the children and found one bedroom locked on our arrival. We missed the T&C’s on the website where it mentions the number of people staying and how many bedrooms you are allocated, so make sure you read all of the description. That said, Karen responded very efficiently to our messages and we accessed the bedroom the following day at an additional cost.It’s in a good location with a 20 minute walk to Playa Blanca centre. There is one taxi company in Playa Blanca, however, they weren’t always reliable or contactable and did need a polite reminder to collect us on several occasions.Much to the kids horror you couldn’t flush used loo roll down the toilet and just as an advisory note to keep plenty of change for the air conditioning units which are in two bedrooms and the lounge. Cockroach traps are also useful.Overall, a very enjoyable stay at a lovely villa with plenty of space around the pool area for outdoor games. The pool table was a valuable addition too.

Villa was beautiful and the area was great because we were within walking distance of 3 beaches and the town. Taxis very easy to book and very reasonable if needed. Lidl is about a 15 minute walk so easy to shop for food. One slight negative about the Villa is there's not enough cooking dishes for the oven so we had to change the rhings we had planned to cook but apart from that an amazing holiday

The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything we feel is needed including 8 saucepans 4 frying pans, 1 large porcelain oven dish, a set of 3 large Pyrex oven dishes as well as some small Pyrex dishes,slow cooker, mixing bowls, salad spinner and salad bowl,2 Pealla cooking pans, plenty of utensils, cups, cutlery, glasses, and so on. Our general feedback is that the kitchen is welll equipped with everything that is needed. However we will most definitely have a closer look to see if there’s anything else we can put in to improve it, it’s always good to get some constructive criticism feedback to keep our villa high spec, and to it’s best potential. we pride ourselves to make all of a our guests happy and fullfilled. May I mention should you have needed anything extra you could have contacted me and one of our management team would have been more than happy to assist you by bringing to you what was needed. Lovely spacious villa

Just back from a lovely stay. We were a party of grandparents, parents and teens and the villa was a great layout with lovely pool area. Lots of dining areas and the BBQ area was great. The kitchen was well equipped and the host very responsive.The only downside for us was the walk into the centre was around 30 mins and although a flat walk was a bit too much for the grandparents. Saying that the taxis were cheap at least than 5 euros for taxi to town.Overall a great stay.

Plenty of room for everyone bedrooms were great, comfy beds and big bathrooms showers were hot and powerful, kitchen had all you’d need with plenty of utensils the pool was great, warm and big enough for the inflatables to relax on and plenty of beds to lounge on. Location was so quiet and private with playa Blanca 25/30 minute walk away. Karen was a great host always responded quickly and with information requested. Highly recommend a stay here you won’t be disappointed

Great spacious house ideal for a large group

We were a large group with a lot of kids. The house was perfect with the 5 bedrooms and the living room. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the barbecue. We also liked the proximity to everything, you just need to have a car. Karen is very friendly and accommodating, thank you for this Karen! Overall a great experience. We highly recommend the house to anyone planning to go to Lanzarote.

The communication from Karen the host was excellent. We had an excellent / seamless holiday (3 couples with an en-suite each). The villa was spacious and clean, 2 large fridge / freezers, so ample room for water etc. The pool looked as though it had just been renovated and was salt water, hence less skin irritation. The Astroturf looked new and the outdoor area was clean. It is a steady 20min walk to Playa Blanca or 4-5 euro taxi. We walked to Playa Blanca and caught the ferry to Fuerteventura mid holiday which was also seamless. If you are looking for a clean villa with excellent host communication in a great location… this is for you.

Relaxing break

The villa was lovely - it is an ideal place for a relaxing and quiet holiday . The villa is beautiful with a pool and large area outside. This is secluded and quiet. Kitchen had everything you needed. Lounge area large and great for evenings chilling or watching some tv! Karen was a great host - great at communicating and friendly . Swimming pool was cleaned during the week which was good. Villa is about a mile walk from the beach which was fine for us as we walked and ran! Overall a lovely holiday - we would definitely stay here again .
