205 - Casa Santuario - (LH205)

Casa Santuario is a beautiful 4 bed villa based on the quite residential complex of Buganvillas. The villa is new to the rental market and has been recently renovated.



As you enter the main entrance you come to a spacious hallway which leads to the kitchen, lounge and bedrooms. The villa has four good size bedrooms. There are two King rooms and a further two twin bedrooms, making the villa perfect for families. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower in. The guest bathroom next to the second double bedroom has a shower over a bath, The third and fourth bedroom share a bathroom with a shower in. All four bedrooms have air conditioning, which works via a consumption based coin meter.



The kitchen is light and with its white fronts, makes the kitchen feel airy and spacious It is fully equipped with everything that you need to make your holiday relaxing and easy. It has a beautiful work top and all the usual appliances you would expect to find, Dishwasher, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Kettle, Toaster and plenty of Cookware, Utensils, Crockery and Cutlery.



The lounge has very high ceilings with high designer windows which is a feature of the Buganvillas community. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating for all, a wide screen TV, DVD player (DVD's not supplied) and IPTV system. Via the IPTV system the villa benefits from BBC, ITV, SKY channels and a multitude of other language channels (for example, Spanish, German, French etc....)



Large Patio doors lead to the outside area, where you have plenty of terrace to dine or take time to relax on a sun bed and enjoy the perfect climate Lanzarote has to offer.



The pool is approximately 8 x 4m with roman steps leading in to it. It also benefits from electrical pool heating giving a great temperature throughout the year. Casa Santuario also boasts an extended terrace area totalling 220 square meters, with beautiful Lava Rock (Piedra) planters giving a perfect balance of space and attractive plants. On this larger than average terrace there is plenty of room for the sunbeds to lounge around the pool and the villa has a magnificent Hot Tub which is fantastic to chill out in and watch the world go by (additional weekly charge applies for use of the Hot Tub, please ask for details).



The villa is located centrally in Playa Blanca and is approximately a 15 to 20-minute walk to the main area, which has an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and 3 lovely beaches.



For beach lovers, Playa Blanca is well known for the world renowned Papagayo beaches, Completely un-spoilt stunning natural beaches, and only a short drive away.



Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.



There is an additional charge if you wish to add the Hot Tub to the booking, please ask for details.



AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.



A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.
