Every year has always been better than the year before. The staff is always very helpful, friendly and accommodating. You also see a security guard walking around at night which is very nice to see. The beach is right up front, you could not find a better location. We have stayed in several rooms over the years but by far room 116 has been the best. It's up to date, the kitchen has everything and I mean everything you would need (almost too much but that is good better to have too much than not enough).

I love the fact that you can walk out the door and be on the beach. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only recomendation I would have is to replace the two recliners in our room. They had seen better days.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful time. The condo is in need of an "update." Needs new furniture, painting, wall paper, appliances and we couldn't find the remote to the DVR. Would recommend to friends if the updates were done.

We had some good times

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we have enjoyed Holiday Surf and Raquet for theast 7 years, we have decided to move on. Our co do does not seem to ever have been updated and many were either broken or missing. The reclining chairs are broken, only one of 3 dvd players works, there isn't one set of matching silverware and there wasn't one knife tbat was sharp enough for cutting vegetables. The blender also does not work. About the only thing that has been updated are the bed spreads. We also noticed this year the staff was a lot less amicable. The whole e,perience this year has confirmed that we will not be going back.
